Packaging of Online Purchases Is Poor
Part of the experience of buying expensive Men's wear is the Service and Product Presentation. For example, when I purchase from their competitor, Rodd & Gunn their clothes come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and in their logo cardboard bag.
For Christmas I purchased online 2 shirts & 1 X T shirt from "Politix". These are gifts. I've bought in store before and expect the presentation of their Expensive products to be beautifully packaged like Rodd & Gunn, which I did experience in store at Politix.

Worst customer service
Having 30 odd years if customer service myself, I have not come across any worst and pathetic service that poltix staff at Fountain gate dished out.Manager needs to get proper training with People skill high on her agenda.How can a company which sells expensive clothing enjoy clueless rude, arrogant staff.
Cheap strategies to sign up people
They sent me $30 welcome voucher by saying I can use this voucher when I spend over $75. I decided to shop during Black Friday sale and they than told me you have to wait for the black Friday sale to finish to use your voucher coz everything on our website is on sale and you cant use voucher on the item that are on sale, sounds absurd to me, misguiding people to sign up for their newsletter.

I have spent a fortune on clothes for a seminar. After the first wash I was unable to fit any shirts or trousers.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service, canceled my order saying system error but never refund my money!!! Tired livechat waited for 4 days not getting any reply. Called 1800 number said it’s closed on weekdays morning. Never shop with them!!

Terrible Experience. Horrendous Customer Service
I’ve had a terrible experience shopping on the Politix website and having the right products delivered.
I ordered 2 t-shirts and for some reason, Politix packaged and attempted to send them as 2 separate shipments. Only 1 was delivered to me. I got in touch with support and provided them with all the details (tracking numbers I got, order #). Now, this (Customer Service) is where Politix truly fails.
They said they have looked into it and raised a case with StarTrack team, after which I had absolutely no further feedback from them. I sent a ...follow-up 11 days later which also did not get a response. I went to the website and tried other support methods. The phone support line had been disabled and the so was the Website Chat functionality. It’s almost as if they’re intentionally making it harder for customers to get in touch! I sent a detailed email directly to email@example.com – no response. I then started a new ticket by submitting a new form through the website. They said that the second package was waiting at the local Aus Post DC awaiting collection and that they had already sent me an email about this (which they did not!). When I went to the DC to collect it, they said it has been returned to sender because it had been there for 2 weeks! No more shopping at Politix, mostly because in case there’s an issue with the orders, regardless of the product quality, I don’t want to have to waste this much time again with incompetent support staff.
Bought a black jeans that collect lint like crazy.
Feel very embarrassed to wear it out side even after you the lint remover.

Very Disappointed Customer
A customer with Politix for many years love the brand because if its quality and style, but after a few orders I found that the quality has dropped a long way from back then. This recent order for me is the final draw. I placed an order it was delivered on time but the order was incorrect and part of the order was missing and one of the tie is frayed tried to call the customer service line always get told you have call outside of work hour 4 times I have called but same answer, very frustrating. Would not buy from Politix any more and would not recommend anyone to Politix.
Terrible product quality
I purchased a jacket and the upper layer of leather has started coming out. I can't use it anymore as those tiny bits of leather keep dropping everywhere. Don't waste your money on their products.
My first experience of buying from politix shop at Werribee plaza went bad.There was no doubt that the girl on counter was vey supportive and helpful.I did not think to buy because the price of that shop was too high.I bought a jacket nearly $300.Just wore for couple of hours and threads started to come out.I would rather to buy from another store.Which might be less expensive..Stay away from these shop..
Bad customer service i have ever seen
I have perched close to $500 worth of clothing after the discount but the store lady has put 20% more on it than taking it off when I confronted her she trying to tell me it's very cheap anyway why do you need it cheaper. So didn't want to give back my money more than $140 I did contact the hed office i can't believe it's taking them more than few days to return my money i haven't heard back from them since last spoke 2 day's ago. It's a joke why I should have to wait for my own money to be returned" it's ok to take money but not refund my money.
Low Quality Products, Horrible Return Policy
Staff were great, helped me pick my clothing out, were very accommodating, I wasn't even intending to buy from the store due to their ridiculous prices, but the staff were really good.
After purchasing the suit set for $389, wore them for less than an hour and the threading started coming loose from the pants, I checked the jacket and noticed the buttons were very loose.
The icing on the cake was I got some dress shoes, as per everything in store, very expensive, they were also genuine leather. I had only walked around in them for a few hours ...
