Quote cheap to get you into store
I phoned for price and availability, they quoted about $70, but were unsure if parts were in stock.
They asked me to come into the store and look at the manual to confirm parts.
When in store they advised I needed an extra part and the cost was $115.
Seems like an old sales technique to me!

Tried Hard to resolve a problem but just fell short
UPDATE: Re below review, after many agonising emails they did eventually get back to me with an offer to resolve the problem, which I felt was inadequate. I'm grateful they at least tried. Both parties admitted being at fault but ZODIAC took ownership and offered the more acceptable resolution as they erred first.
So 10 out of 10 for ZODIAC. 7 out of 10 for Pool and Spa Warehouse.
Purchase from anyone other than Pool and Spa Warehouse ! Been emailing backwards and forwards between the 2 companies and they've offered to give me a DEMO machin...
Read moree. After carefully researching and relying on PRODUCT REVIEWERS I purchased the CX35. Initially worked brilliantly - didn't miss a spot, cleaned the water line perfectly. Within the 1st year though it started leaving 1/3 of the pool floor uncleaned and failed at the water line, performing back flips as it reached the surface. After much effort sent it to Zodiac for repairs. Many more phone calls and emails to check on status of repairs. Finally told machine was tested and was fine, apparently high water alkalinity affects operation (my pool guy tested the water repeatedly and disproved this theory) and my machine was on its way back home. I received a package and discovered they'd sent me a water pump in error. Several more calls and emails until they admitted sending my machine to North Rockhampton QLD. I live in Concord NSW! Recipient repackaged it and sent it back to me. My cleaner has been bounced around the Eastern seaboard and been returned badly marked, scratched and broken with a badly fitting casing. Purchased from Pool and Spar Warehouse (who so far have tried to assist). Flurida Zodiac been disappointing to date. Giving them both some time to make amends by replacing the machine with a new unit - least they can do for stuffing me around.Other Pool & Spa Shops

Zodiac Warranty
After buying a Zodiac cell from Pool and spa warehouse, it stooped working under the warranty period. I contacted them, and they said they have lodged a claim with Zodiac but no further details were given. Never heard from them again.

I am after a pool cleaner and the Onga Hammerhead has positive reviews. Can anyone tell me which online store is the most competitive. Pool and Spa Warehouse have it advertised for $290 and Dadspoolshop.com.au have the Mako for $320 delivered. Pool & Spa Warehouse also have the BullShark for $390.

Hi,
I have a cx20 pool cleaner it has been great for over a year. I bought it second hand from a friend. I have had it come up with an error flashing with an exclamation mark on the screen. I have had a major medical thing happen so I have no money and can't afford to buy a new one, or pay someone to look at it for me. Can you please help me I am desperate. Maybe what could be the issues. I have pulled it apart as basket out and unscrewed the filter and cleaned that put it back together. It still isn't working. Could you please help me. [contact details removed] my name is Tracy.

I purchased a Kreepy and had to send it back as it wasn’t cleaning effectively or going up the walls. For me it wasn’t getting enough suction from the pump. I ended up getting a robotic one and it works like a dream.

Tony, could you call our customer service team on 1300 766 619?
Q1. Answer Push the outlet bubble down at the other end of the pool as it is up to high then it will circulate
around the bottom of the pool.
Q2.The plate wasn't screwed down and there was air getting into the sealed filter box also turn up the outlet bubble at the other end of the pool and it will clean up the sides.
