Ross and Melissa installed our Compass pool about 2 1/2 years ago. As first time pool owners we were a little nervous, however Ross and Melissa were with us every step of the way (even now). Our compass pool is effortless to keep well maintained, Melissa and Ross provide us with support and advice to help us keep our pool looking great all year round. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ross and Melissa for all your pool needs. We love our compass pool and enjoy catching up with Melissa and Ross at Poolscene where your treated like a friend not just another customer.

Ross and Melissa installed our pool over 12 years ago and that was a seamless process, Since then they have continued to provide genuine after sales service honouring warranties and problem solving any pool issues. Im amazed to read negative comments as these people do not know how generous, helpful and honest Melissa and Ross truely are. Show some good manners, all round courtesy and respect. Maybe then you will realise how community focused Melissa and Ross really are in delivering a friendly, genuine and quality pool service.

We don't use our pool very much but thanks to Ross and Melissa it is effortless to maintain. Their follow up service is fantastic.

Haven't been able to use my pool for nearly two years because of this terrible company.
Can't maintain my pool because poolscene installed a faulty pool filter and wouldn't come back to fix it.
They just want money and don't respond to customer needs. Terrible people and terrible place.

We had our pool installed by Ross from Poolscene Gympie a little over a year ago. Ross and Melissa have been very generous with their time ensuring we are comfortable with operating the pool cleaner and Melissa regulary checks our water quality and advises accordingly if we need to add anything to it. Our pool was installed without any problems and has been a blessing for us to use almost everyday during the past twelve months, thanks to solar heating. We couldn't recommend Ross and Melissa from Gympie Poolscene any higher for their friendliness and professionalism. We love our Compass pool.

Hi everyone just letting people know that if you need advice about your pool or want to buy one you can’t go past Poolscene Gympie as became a customer when we were having trouble with our pool Ross and Melissa helped us tremendously with the job and or products that we needed and our pool is working great thanks to them Garry and lee-anne

Never answer phone. Never call back after msge left. Decided to visit office. Asked for quote and I accepted hoping this would eventuate. 2 more visits to office asking why no follow up. Same old answer. He is in your area now and he has the list. I asked was I on that list. Could not tell me. Waiting 4 months for a phone call is a joke.
Went to another pool company and within a week my pool was on the move.
I also witnessed lady behind counter tell another person exact same thing. He is in your area now.
Customer service is appalling.
