We have an AKSA generator 6 years old we rely on it daily due to running our Kitchen. Well you guessed it. It stopped. After searching for people that could help on the internet, i found the Australian distributors Power Systems Australia. Now it would be expected that they would assist. But I have never received this type of support before. They referred me to there Technician Shane who gave me some ideas to try and narrow down the issue. BY this time it was knock off time in Victoria and we are in Western Australia so 2 hr time difference. He...shocked me by giving me his personal phone number and saying when I have perform all the checks give him a call any time. The next day a Saturday on his days off. I had to call due to importance of having the genset running for our customers. He I assume was in the car with his wife and children. He stopped and talked me through some more tests and then send some pictures. He narrowed it down talked me through the repairs and we are back up and running. This service nowdays needs to be applauded. And our trusted Genset is doing what we purchased it to do. Thanks Shane and team.
