Powerider Targa just perfect
I bought my Powerider Targa in May 2020, and have ridden it almost daily. It ticks off all the right boxes. In my research, I found a wide variety, but I just couldn't find any ebike that was affordable, reliable, and powerful, and also had a central crank motor system.
Finally, after looking just about everywhere, I was surprised to come across the Justride website with it's ebike range. A big plus for me was that the Powerider Targa comes fully equipped--that is, with lights, luggage rack, and mud guards. On top of that, its battery is long ...Read more
lasting and provides 14AH, which allows me to tackle steep slopes. I love the way the ebike handles in traffic. It is very responsive. Jim provides good service. When a crank needed replacement, he took care of it right away. I recommend Justride and its ebike range.Purchased in May 2020 at Justride.

Excellent bike
I love my Targa bike. Great power, easy to ride and long lasting battery. My knees struggle on a normal bike, but can ride easily with this. Jimmy provided excellent service as well. Would highly recommend!
Purchased in April 2020 for $1,954.00.

Smooth ride electric bicycle, great for commuting
Bought this electric bicycle to commute to and from work. Have done over 4000km in over a year. After buying online it's easy to assemble. Rides smoothly with a quiet electric motor. Can get 50km from the bicycle riding in hilly Sydney on the normal power mode. My commute is 34km daily so I need to charge the battery overnight. Have since learnt to change up the power levels depending on the steepness of the hill. Works very well.
Some minor inconveniences include having to take the battery off to charge it. You need to be careful when remount...Read more

Great bike and good price for a central crank motor electric bike
I bought the bike in May 2017 and have riding it to work in Brisbane at least 2-3 times a week on a round trip of around 40kms. The bike performs well and rides comfortable with good power output. With central crank system means that the bike feels more responsive to your control then the constant push from a rear hub system where you won't need to use the gears too much. Highly recommended if you wish to get a central crank system for a decent price.

10/10. Points!.
I have purchased 5 E-Bikes now from Justride!. The latest,"Targa", is a big improvement on the other bikes, at 40% increased cost to highest priced previous Powerider model it would need to be and in my personal view?, it is well worth the additional cost!, so many things have been upgraded and to ride the bike the feeling of comfort and
security for me is 10/10, I purchased the bike two weeks ago ,(Impulse buy!.), and since then have ridden approx 350k, on rides, to test the bike, was from Glen Waverley to Belgrave ...Read more

A very good e-bike
I purchased my new Powerider Targa mens e-bike in December 2016. By and large it has performed very well. It has a solid feel and some very good features including a very quiet motor, centrally located beneath the pedal cranks, excellent, hydraulic, disk brakes and what seems to be a very good battery with great lasting power (have clocked just over 80 kms on level path with little wind and without recharging the battery). I have so far clocked about 1,100 kms in total. It does, however have some weaknesses, as follows:- 1). Battery must be...Read more
removed from the bike to be re-charged (despite having a re-charge socket on the box to which the battery connects). Jim (owner and salesman at Powerider) is currently trying to get this fixed. 2). When cut-out point is reached (normally set at 25 kms/hr to comply with Aust regulations for legally riding on bike paths) it takes some time after passing the cut-in point for the motor to re-activate This annoyance can be easily reduced or eliminated by increasing the speed setting of the cut-out point and/or clicking down the manual gears. 3). The bike only appears to operate in peddle assist mode - the throttle lever will not operate unless you are pedalling. This seems potentially dangerous to me as (unlike my wife's Powerider bike purchased 18 months earlier) you cannot get power assistance for quick getaway from traffic lights, etc. until pedals have passed through 3/4 of a turn. Jimmy argues that this is a safety feature and is stressful on the battery and motor but I feel safer using immediate throttle assistance on my wife's Powerider bike. Apart from the three points mentioned above I find the bike a pleasure to ride and built to a good quality engineering standard and would have no hesitation in recommending it.Similar opinion?
