Innacurate tracking and late delivery

Provided outdated and inaccurate tracking and delivery date. I understand this could be fault of the shipping and dockyard but when dealing with vehicles tens of thousands of dollars in worth this is something that should be accurate, timely, and professional. At least an updated ETA would have been appreciated so I wasn't left waiting all day for nothing impacting pre-existing plans. Show details

Bad experience

In a word ,don’t do it ,you will regret it forever .
The worst experience ever for my vehicle from WA to NSW ,it was picked up 2 days after a major rain event and then left to sit in an outdoor storage facility for 3 weeks
It is a brand new vehicle that took 4 weeks to receive and when it did arrive it arrived damaged ,of which they have now taken no responsibility ,of which I am now left to have repaired at my cost on a brand new vehicle of which I have had for 1 week AGAIN: Dont do it ,find another operator Show details

Hope you’re not in a rush…

I paid extra to store goods in the car and read the terms and conditions — it said I couldn’t have goods in the front or directly behind the drivers seat. When I got there they said I still had to take things out and I couldn’t have it on the back seat. When I called on the phone prior they said it would be fine. $300 extra for two suitcases in the car…

Car was delayed, I heard nothing from them. When I contacted they said “absolutely nothing to do with us” and contact someone else. Service was dismal, underwhelming and will not be using them again. Show details

Scratches and delay

Had got my vehicle transported through Prixcar. The vehicle had to be transported from Mornington Vic to Perth WA. Although I am happy that no major damages happened but there were couple of deep scratches on the side mirror and another reason for being unhappy was the delay in delivery. The vehicle was delivered four days after the ETA. It was sitting in Adelaide for almost four weeks. I was told that there is a delay due to congestion at the train terminal. Show details

DO NOT CHOOSE PRIXCAR!!!

I moved interstate with this company and I regret this decision. My very new car arrived absolutely filthy, caked on bird poo, mud and dirt. The man delivering my car said to contact the company if I found any scratches beyond the caked on mud. Of course when I washed my car, it was FULL of scratches. When attempting to claim for these damages, it was denied at all cost. What an absolute disgraceful company. They take no accountability, they don’t care about there customers at all. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. Show details

Avoid this mega slow transportation company

3 + weeks and my Van is still not delivered to me in Sydney. From Cairns. Each week I would message via the message options and I was told "yes sir the estimated delivery date is on track". $2K+ and 3 weeks later the Van is only in BRISBANE. The website GPS is not working. Can't get updates. I have to make my weekly payments but I'm no closer to my Van. Deplorable company to deal with. Show details

Bad service

This company damage your car without taking responsibility. When receiving the car, the delivery man didn't ask the receiver to check the vehicle condition and just let the receiver to sign name. We do trust this company so we didn't check vehicle condition when receiving the car. But after signing name we found that there are serious scratch on my car. We submit claim on damage process but they say that it's not their responsibility and won't fix the damage..If you want to use their service, remember to keep every details of evidence because they are not honest. Show details

Crap service And Liars

Car syd to Adelaide. Was supposed to be picked up from dealer on 20/6 then they rescheduled for 22/6 then 23/6 then on 26/6 asked it be delivered to their Sydney depot. This showed on website but with no movement on 26/6 I called,they said it was still listed for pick up and I actually had to inform them that it was in their depot. They said they would call me back meanwhile moving the delivery date another week away. After 4 hours still no call back, tried live chat!! That cut me off. Another phone call another call me back!!! Guess what?.. still no call. Have now emailed and informed them if they can’t handle this simple task I will go elsewhere. Still no reply 5/7/23 Show details
