Not trustworthy!!!! Very expensive for the work they actually did!!!!!!
To All,
I got a quote for a left corner bummer scratch and paint repair for 330$ which was a fair price since they come straight your home.
So I booked it, I didn't get a call for 2 days and they responded saying my number wasn't reachable in spite I had to call about my booking since it was next day though I was receiving throughout the day. Later I got booked after 5 days from my actual booking.

Dodgiest Work & No return call!!!!!!!!
Where to start? They painted the wheels the wrong colour & the surface was left looking & feeling like 80 grit sandpaper (Clearly can be seen in picture 2.) Then ran away never to return a call. (thanks [name removed]) Terrible work. Terrible customer service. Could have done a better job myself with a pressure pack spray can from Bunnings. Pictures speak for themselves. Check out the pictures & have a laugh. Zoom in & look at the colour difference. this place is so dodgy. I will be publishing this same review on as many review sites as possible because I can't stand a business that's only in it for the money!

Not reliable, an embarrassment to small businesses
Earlier this week I made it very clear that I needed a repair completed before the weekend, and asked for the company not to accept the job unless they could deliver, otherwise I would ask another company etc.
Pro Auto Repairs (PAR) said yes, they could, so they booked an appointment for me.
I made special work and travel arrangements to facilitate the mid-week appointment. I think we all know how difficult that can be.

Now I have less than 24 hours to organise a repair before the weekend because this company does not take their commitments seriously and does not appreciate the effort some people have to go through to organise mid-week appointments. You have to ask the question then, how seriously would they take the repair job itself? If you want a reliable and committed repair company look elsewhere.1 comment

PRO Auto are well set up for the jobs they do but you need to talk to them about specialised jobs

We had two vans attend as one technician is new to the company and shadowing an experienced employee. His time would never be allocated to the costing of your repair - he would merely be watching and learning on the job. Although no power was provided, our experienced technician was still able to repair your vehicle by hand. Although this may appear to be relatively simple to the untrained, it takes a wealth of experience and knowledge to do so correctly. The result as you mentioned in your review is that you were very happy with our repair - which we are delighted with!! I understand a thorough inspection took place with a flashlight by yourself before signing off on the job. The job was then discounted down without hesitation as we had achieved the results quicker than anticipated, and at the time you appeared content with the discounted price. Please understand Leslie that although your particular repair was a little quicker than anticipated, we still managed to deliver a great repair to your satisfaction through experience, knowledge and good judgement - even without our basic requirements.
