Procycle Clothing is a SPAM!!!!
I ordered some cycle clothing online in Sept 2021 and it never arrived - I kept following this up and promises were made by Louis but its now Jan 2022 and I still havent received my items - I have continually asked for a refund - after months of requesting Louis said ok - I asked for confirmation of this - I get a reply that the items will be sent! This Louis guy has no idea on customer service - Do not make any purchases online because you will not receive your items or get a refund
Harrased and bullied also threatened
If anyone has ever had a dealing with the owner of the procycles you will soon realise yiu are not dealing with a mentally sane person in any way I would highly recommend everyone to read up the negative views and make your own judgement about these people and there abusive behaviour
In such a modern society today bullying and harassment on any lever should not be tolerated in any way a person like Anthony latter has no place in society today in any way and should be avoided at all cost and also the other disappointing part is he is getting a...way with his abusive and bullying behaviour toward people just because he has a bad day or thing dont go the way he wants I strongly advice anyone who has been harrased and bullied by him to take stand against him and take the matter further Avoid in dealing with procycles in anyway
BAD KTM MECHANICAL SERVICE STAY AWAY
Picked up my ktm it was just in for an oil change, checked oil level when I got it home.
Only to find the oil did not even register in the little view window, had to go and buy oil to fill to correct position. Phoned the service guy (name removed) and told him about the oil level and offered to send him photos. He then went of at me very aggressively and didn’t want to see the photos than hung up the phone. 12 months later decided to do the oil change my self only to find when I tried to remove the the two side sump screen bolts they had used loctite on them OMG!!!! Will never take my bike back stay away .It will cost you more in the end mentally and financially.
Wunderlich accessories for 1250 GSA..
What a poor experience .. I telephoned in from Tassie because wanted fast verification of correct part and also against delivery time.
The guy answering was ok but under pressure due to sorting a shipment .. as soon as I suggested calling back later, he suggested email and he would get to it in a few hours before end of day .. well that was a week ago .. and a second email from me ... but I still haven't had a response .. disappointed to say the least!!!
Regrettably, I took my 2015 R 1200 GS into Procycles Hornsby for a routine service. I was quoted $850 for the 20,000km service over the phone which I accepted as authorised BMW dealers in Sydney are far and few between.
I pre booked and dropped my bike off at 730am and was told that it would be ready late that afternoon. At 4pm I arrived at Procycles to collect my bike, however was informed that there was an issue with a technician that went home sick, so the bikes service was incomplete and to call back after lunch the next day (might I menti...on that my bike was still in the exact same spot that I parked it that morning). No phone call or text was provided, which I explained was frustrating as I travelled all the way in from Belrose with my wife to be dropped off. It was then that I was told by (you know his name) I had no idea what was involved in the service, nobody appreciates the work I do, how little money he was making from the service and how many bills and overheads were involved with running a motorcycle service centre. The next day at 2pm, I called Procycles to see if my bike was ready for collection as I did not want a repeat from the previous day. I was told that it would be ready by close of business. At 5pm, I again arrived at Procycles only to be greeted by a man (you know his name) whom was extremely agitated and deep in debate, arguing with another customer that was disputing an invoice on the service of his KTM. This went on for a while until the man was ejected from the premises, was haggled and made fun of, called every name under the sun (including a nazi). Then told if he wanted his bike back he must pay his bill in full. I do not know the specifics, but assume it must have been excessive. From there, he stormed straight past me not making any eye contact went back to the workshop where he was throwing tools around and yelling at some very nervous looking staff within his workshop. When he finally came back to the service desk, he sat down and ignored me, at this time I felt quite nervous and threatened. After a few moments, he stood up, walked over to me and slammed down 6 sheets of A4 paper which was the itemised invoice. I felt sick in the stomach. The bill came in at $3500, I was got smacked This is where things got ugly, no hello how are you, just started going through the invoice page by page, which included new tires, brake pads, rotors etc, which I never authorised. When I tried to challenge the situation, he threatened to take my bike as security till I paid. I paid the invoice in the end and took my bike home, only to discover a number of issues. The bike ran rough, brakes were soft and the front wheel was out of alignment. I ended up getting another mechanic to correct the issues whom identified that Procycles used the incorrect engine oil as well.
Business Owner needs schooling on customer service principles !!
23 hours ago-Edit
Interesting times! When a business grows due to its location and customer service is non-exsistant, how long can a business continue making a profit if they are driving all their customers away. Just a quick note all 5-star reviews are based on purchased bikes and 1-star reviews are based on poor customer service within the spare part and services department. My experience - I have nearly spent over $50,000 over the past 3 years and will never recommend or deal with procycles again! I ordered a part about a month ago received ...
Procycles use bait advertising to lure you to their premises , only to find that the deal you found on Bikesales was actually to good to be true and the bike does not exist. This has a cured twice.
Anything more complex than tyre/oil replacement -find a different service
Went to these guys to fix my quick shifter issue on a BMW S1000r and they said there was nothing wrong with it, went to Bikesales after that and they were able to diagnose and fix the faulty wire under warranty
Threatened with physical violence
So to finish off my earlier review , today I finally found time to leave everything behind , rent a van to travel to Hornsby from Marrickville to finalize the absolute mudfight of getting my bike back from Procycles. Upon realising who I was [name removed] straight away told me not to argue with him because he was going to call the police , and then proceeded try and hijack any conversation so as to make it a very tense situation no doubt this would work to his advantage when claiming assault against the customer. Upon realising I wasn't going ...to budge he came close and lowered his creepy voice and said "I'll call out and 9 guys will be out here" , the fool actually said this Infront of two independent witnesses , eventually he tried to remove my bike from the yard and take it inside his workshop when a slight scuffle ensued , biting my tongue and holding back a torrent actions I sensibly allowed him to take the bike through the doors into his workshop (I know my limits). At this point the police were invited to sort this mess out , [name removed] gave them his version and I gave them mine , but the law states this is a matter for Fair Trading and not for the police , I was made to pay the extra $400 for something I didn't request to be done to my bike in the first place , if this is the outcome provided for a customer and another victim of Procycles Hornsby , and you like the rest of us know your limits and can feel when you're about to absolutely lose your crap and don't need any problems with [name removed], then my advice is to stay away , at all costs , it's not worth it , as a matter of fact you'll get a much better service and deal with alot friendlier Folks anywhere else in the world.... I can't imagine the motorcycle brands would be too enthusiastic about a continuing relationship with this sort of clownish behaviour. STAY AWAY!!?
Rude and unprofessional
I found the service manager to be a bandstander in front of his other customers when I picked my bike up after some warranty work was done.
He found it very offensive that I took the bike to another Machenic close to where I live who specialised in working on BMWs. This mechanic has a long outstanding history around Penrith area the past 20 years.
He called out loud to me that my steering head was worn and dangerous. I told him that the head only just started to get twinge this week.
He went on and told me these bikes should not be ridden on di...
Dodgy Workshop Practices
I bought a one-owner 2013 BMW 1200GSA from Procycles. It was presented as an immaculate bike with one owner and all services done by the book. I had it shipped interstate unseen, based on my extensive questioning about the service history of the bike. What I got was a bike with a range of issues. The rear diff was filled with watery oil, a rubber boot was descended into the swingarm hitting the driveshaft, with rear disc undersize and front discs on the limit...amongst a range of smaller issues. I presented them with my concerns and received a...busive and personal attack emails from the workshop manager Anthony. The workshop is overseen by a manager who appears to cut corners, condone dodgy practices, and 'pretty' things up to cover underlying issues. I wouldn't buy a box of tissues from them. The workshop manager is unprofessional, deceptive and abusive.
Terrible serivce department at St Peters
Spent 16k buying a new bike from St Peters to find out their service department weasels out of warranty repairs and recalls. The service manager also jumps out of his tree when you catch them out trying to bill for ficticious tyre leaks that majically disappear when you ask to see them.
Overcharged and personally insulted - stay away
Service took less time than was billed on the invoice. When this was raised Anthony not only refused to amend the invoice but also personally insulted me. Avoid at all costs if you want anything resembling decent customer service.
Procycles Hornsby - Service Dept
Anthony should not be front of house in contact with customers. He has no idea what customer service all about is. I was there yesterday and got an ear full from him. I was told how old he was, how many hours he works a week, how low the profit he was making, how customers don’t appreciate his work. It went on for a while.
I had an electronic problem with my bike. I took it back to pro-cycles St Peters & Hornsby 5x times, Towed twice,( I had broken down in the Sydney Harbour tunnel) and still with no guarantee it’s been repaired. I was told i...
Completely lied to and screwed over
Picked a bike, went through the full process of finance including approval, made a time and date to buy the bike , guarantees from the shop , told me I didn’t need the deposit, and 2 days before pick up got the briefest email to say they accidentally sold the bike. All this After I got finance. So I now have a personal loan and nothing to show for it.
Called to discuss but basically ‘told it is what it is’?
Couldn’t of been a worse experience and has cost me significant money .

What is an alternative for motorbike service?
I agree that Procycle at St.Peters provide a dodgy service and customer care for its customers. I've done with them 3 services and I understand all complaints.
The workshops guys have a little care at all - the quality of their job is next to nothing. I thought that students do all the jobs from a school.
Anthony doesn't know what a customer service is. He shouldn't be at the front line and represent BMW.
What is an alternative in Sydney CBD? I would be happy to bring my bike to a decent workshop with more enthusiastic mechanics. Any recommendations.
Not sure Alex. I use an independent mechanic but Im in Queensland. Id try contacting a BMW club in NSW and go by word of mouth. Youll find them on Facebook My mechanic constantly is fixing the mess made by dealerships. Procycles Hornsby are amongst the worst Ive come across.
There will be genuine, dedicated and talented mechanics around and usually they wont work at the dealerships.
Hi Paul! Thank you for your reply. I'm with the BMW group on Facebook. I'll ask them for advice then. I like by bike but I don't want to get a rid of it because of dodgy dealership service.
Hi Alex, I'm not sure in Sydney because we ended up moving to Canberra. And Canberra BMW were excellent, they looked up and performed all the recalls and service bulletins. They even put in a warranty claim for my squeaky forks which Procycle St Peters fobbed off as normal for a new bike.
