Not so perfect
Our initial experience with Proform was excellent. They have a great showroom and staff were friendly and helpful. However as the design progressed we found ourselves reviewing every revision of the drawings closely as there were many discrepancies. More importantly we had to inform Proform that the cabinet dimensions would not allow our oven to be installed with the correct clearances even though the make and model number was provided. Read moreoor because it doesn't close unless you push it firmly. Occasionally the door will pop open. Proform have told us that the design of the fittted hinges want allow soft closing and nothing can be done about it. Proform have attended on three occasions to try and rectify this and have now given up. A design flaw by Proform that detracts from an overall quality job. We expected that a company as big as Proform would ensure the end result is perfect and the customer is happy.Questions & Answers
