Not so perfect
Our initial experience with Proform was excellent. They have a great showroom and staff were friendly and helpful. However as the design progressed we found ourselves reviewing every revision of the drawings closely as there were many discrepancies. More importantly we had to inform Proform that the cabinet dimensions would not allow our oven to be installed with the correct clearances even though the make and model number was provided. Read moreoor because it doesn't close unless you push it firmly. Occasionally the door will pop open. Proform have told us that the design of the fittted hinges want allow soft closing and nothing can be done about it. Proform have attended on three occasions to try and rectify this and have now given up. A design flaw by Proform that detracts from an overall quality job. We expected that a company as big as Proform would ensure the end result is perfect and the customer is happy.- Customer Service

Long delays, weak excuses, chipped bench tops, banging doors
Proform kitchens have recently completed a new kitchen for us. Our home is an older home and it replaced an outdated one. First impressions were great. Good sell, nice displays, lots of yes's. Stop right there!
We had to remove our old kitchen to fit the new one, so feeding the fmaily was a dififcult as it was. But then we had a five week delay, were fed a bunch of excuses and then when they did install, they sent a bunch of thugs to install it. We've ended up with chipped laminate bench tops and a couple of doors that don't close properly an...
