Absolutely straightforward, easy to list and sell
We listed two blocks of land with Property Now. They both sold much more quickly than expected and the listing process was easy. In our opinion it's the best way to sell land without the pressure of developers and real estate agents looking for cheap deals. The sales achieved the price we were looking for and we were able to deliver a good product to our buyers.

Sold in one week. No brainer! Great to deal with buyers directly. But if you are too shy to negotiate then outsource someone for a couple of hundreds dollars and you still save thousands. Also I’m recommending to pay extra a few hundreds $ for a professional sign board. Make sure you style the place and get rid all clutter. Customerservice was outstanding. Guys from PN were always on top it and reachable even during weekends. Very happy with the concept, everyone should sell their own properties, unless you have no time or too rich :)
We decided to try and sell our property ourselves earlier last year so put it on the market for 3 months through another sell-it-yourself group. Nothing happened except for one enquiry at the beginning of the time. They never responded to us when we contacted them.

No Fuss and Seamless
I have used Property Now twice when seeking a new tenant for my property. The response has been fantastic. It is easy to use. It is honestly as easy as it seems
Firstly, I will admit we are in a very hot market. Rental vacancies are scarce, and the local agents can't seem to hold onto a property at the moment. I was nervous about selling myself, having never done it before, but thought I'd give it a go. On the off chance it sold as quick as it seemed like properties were selling in our area, well, it just didn't sit well with me paying an agent 15-20K for a few days work. Turned out to be the best idea I've ever had! We spent a weekend decluttering and cleaning, getting ready for the process. I took a ...bunch (Around 30) photos on my phone, and uploaded the whole thing on a Monday morning. We had our first inspection that very afternoon. I had three inspections the following Wednesday and received an offer. One of the viewers came back the next day and made a higher offer, which we accepted. We signed the contracts on the Friday. The FOR SALE sign hadn't even arrived and the house was sold. The best part is that the family that the house is going to is genuinely lovely, and I am happy about that. I would definitely recommend this service, especially if you feel like your market is hot.
Questions & Answers
I am interested in using your service to sell my home, but all the legal work and the protocol of what has to be done and when and how is a bit scary to me, I believe a solicitor/conveyancer would be the first up before listing, but does your company point clients in the right approach?
Hi Lisa, it's natural to be nervous if this is your first time looking at this method. The above will depend on what state you're located in.
For QLD for example, there are standard forms available including the contract of sale, for other states such as NSW you need to get this drawn up by your representative before marketing. For most states yes, the first step is usually finding a legal representative. We promise the legal side of things is a lot less complicated than you'd think. We are definitely available to point you in the right direction.
Basically, you want to ensure you have a legal rep and that they know you're selling without the interference of an agent and get them to draw up your contract of sale. From there, you won't need them again until the end of the sales process where they will help finalise your sale and hold any monies in their trust account.

We provide a platform for you to list your property and it is seen on realestate.com.au, Domain and several other sites. You receive all enquiries and you choose your tenant. Sorry another question. Our write up is quite long. Is there a limit to the amount of words allowed in a listing?

Realestate.com.au and Domain do have a word limit but we’ve only ever had maybe 2 clients exceed this over the years. We usually recommend around 350-500 words as buyers usually won’t read through extensive text. If you want more you're of course welcome to add what you need up to the text limit.
To answer the other questions in your email in case that didn't arrive:
- You can definitely add your floorplan, there will be a section for this when completing your listing.
- For offers there is a make an offer page on the site or we have a printable offer form available in account also.
