Make sure you read the fine print they don't tell you about. The quality of there product is as bad as the company itself not impressed at all. Dont recommend.

Went to PTC this morning with what I thought was a major problem and received the most friendly, prompt, helpful service ever when it comes to my phone. So efficient, nothing too much trouble and very attentive to other customers who were waiting. Fixed my phone in minutes. I was ever so grateful. Will certainly recommend to all as girls are just so polite and efficient.

Dropped into the Willows kiosk after being sold a mobile device I didn't know how to function. Julie was simply amazing and not only helped me set up my phone but also explained everything so I could understand.

God bless Julie in the Willows store who helped my disabled father when his tablet was hacked. He uses it 24/7 and was quite upset. Julie was so kind and patient with us and had the tablet fixed in no time with everything restored. Will certainly be using Julie and the team again (and probably often). Thank you so much.

[Name Removed] and [Name Removed] at PTC Stockland were of little to no help to me. I have paid $130 for a new phone screen and I have ended up with a similarly cracked and improperly installed screen that is lifting off the phone it's self. During the installation my phone's speaker has been damaged as well. I have been offered no refund or replacement although I have come to see them Two days after the repair as they closed on Sunday before I could see them. I am not attempting to contact their head office although I am being stonewalled by them as well.
