price dropped instantly after purchase and my review on their website was deleted
I purchased a cruzee bike for 160.99 4 days ago and just after the purchase, the price dropped instantly to 142.99. I am not saying the price should never drop. But instant price drop makes me like a fool. I asked the customer service if they are able to do a price rebate for me and instantly I got "No". That is fine. After that, I wrote a review on their website about this. You know what? My review disappeared! I even received their review verified email, which means I successfully submitted it.

Schwalbe Land Cruiser 50-559 26×2.00 Mountain Bike Tyres.
I purchase these tyres and they arrived today Tue 28th September 2021, They seem to have a lot of play when installing them on the Rim as they can fall off if you don't position them right, and when installing the tube you can just push them over the rim with out a tyre lever. So l secured the first one okay and installed it on the Mountain bike. Then the 2nd one peeled the tyre off the Rim when pumping it up and the tube popped out and expanding until it got stuck on the rim and punchered it. So l put a new tube in pumped it up and took it for...a spin around my block on the road. And the drag of these tyres are terrible its like your pushing up hill with the brakes half on. So I rang up Pushy's and spoke to the lady and told her l purchased these on recommendations of the review's that say they are good rolling on hard surfaces. She said that's entirely up to you when you go on these reviews and because you road on them there's nothing l can do. So how was l going to find out if they do the job they are meant to do unless I take the bike for a ride. So l'm stuck with bad tyres and I'll never trust Pushy's review's again. I am a genuine buyer but Pushy's review's are lies. And I just put a review on Pushy's because the lady said you can say what you want about the tyre you purchased. Don't buy them if you are looking for a fast tyre. I know its not Pushy's fault on my purchase but how are you suppose to buy something without trust in what's written on line.
I paid AU$109 for Castelli Pro V gloves that I later discovered on Castelli's own website for AU$65. What a rip off!!!
I just enquired about the Elite Nero smart rollers advertised at $1299. Then contacted a local retailer and discovered the RRP in Australia is $1099.95.
Product out of stock & poorly handled
I have bought several items from Pushy's.
One was a discounted and discontinued jersey which was 'in-stock' online. When they told me actually it was out of stock, instead of sending me any similar current jersey as a replacement as requested they offered either a refund or to pay more to buy the current model. I wasn't impressed. I run an e-comm business and if we make a mistake we will absorb a loss if necessary to meet or exceed customer expectations. In this case I expected to get a similar product at the same price. It ended in a refund so I am unimpressed.
Do not buy from here
Would not buy anything from this website, very dodgy.. my last order arrived misisng the most valuable item with no notification or email from pushys. There excuse on the phone was 'oh it wasnt packed, its in another section of our factory you should get it soon..." oh ok because that seems normal?? No wonder you dont have google/facebook reviews active.
Appalling customer service
We arrived from vic yesterday and was so excited to go to the store (fyshwick) to buy a few stuffs which i've seen on the pushy's website.grabbed my friend as soon as we dropped our stuffs down.when we arrived in the store i was so overwhelmed with the stuffs they have,after all its a massive store!my excitement turned in to a very big disappointment when i started talking to one of the staff.to described him,short hair wearing an oversized polo uniform.sarcastic and very condescending the way he spoke to me.that feeling of being racially treat...ed differently!!! i didn't know that the store operates differently from the website as they are a franchise.all my questions were based from what i saw from the sale in the website.he was quite irate explaining how things works between the website and the store.so realizing the sarcasm my expression from friendly to serious and geez what a change in his attitude.moving on,i spoke to a very serious looking staff,chubby and just no expression in his face.just straight forward that's were they are...and we don't have them...the only person i was so impreeesed was the young tall guy in the helmet section.very friendly and helpful and not to mention very knowledgable.ss a complement i said to him why can't his other colleagues be like him! I don't know the people i dealt with personally obviously and i must admit that we have our own bad days and good days affecting our day to day life but guys come on you can do better please.
Purchased two bikes - one off the floor, another ordered which we were told would take a week to arrive. First sales person couldn't help with any of our enquires. Finally got to speak with someone who could. At the time of purchase, I had to pay full amount for both bikes ($5k) notwithstanding one was on order. I also purchased 2 helmets. There was no discounting, but they did provide two free bottle holders for us to fit to the bikes.

Very poor - slow postage & did not honour promotion
Pricing was fair, not the cheapest but not the most expensive
Website quotes that they will ship usually the same day, if not the next day. Ordered on Thursday 28th January, did not ship until the afternoon of Tuesday the 2nd February - over 4 days after the date of order, even taking the weekend out it should’ve shipped Friday 29th January not the following Tuesday.
I then get an email to advise that the “free gift” with every order over $x value was not available, rather than substitute for something else, they send nothing.
They don’t sup...ply tracking info unless you ask - presumably so people don’t catch them out on their broken promises with shipping delays. You’d think the store would at least send “express” when they delayed dispatch so much - not these guys..... standard slow parcel post. Would’ve received it faster had I have ordered from Amazon or another international seller Just shows, there is no value or reward in buying locally
No stock during sales
You have no stock during black Friday and Cyber Monday sales but on the Tuesday when the discounts are finished you have stock? Very dodgy!!!
Poor shipping and communication
Charged $22.00 for shipping from Brisbane to Sydney and the item still hasn't arrived 2 days later. Sent emails to customer service and have not received any reply. I should have read the reviews on this company before I purchased from them.
Poor customer service
Ordered some parts online, there was a problem with the website and my stuff was sent to the wrong address. Contacted them straight away but it was out of hours at 3:15pm. Order dispatched that afternoon and my parts were gone. No apology from pushys at all. They said it was delivered so too bad even though it was their fault it was sent to the wrong address.
worst on line service ever
Ordered a bike computer from Pushys. Says they will contact you when sent. No email. Followed up to enquires where there was generic response...we are busy etc. Web site says to ring, so i did which told me to email. In the mean time a product arrived from wiggle from England. Still don't have the computer.
No Customer Service At All
Ordered multiple items in the same order, everything was shown as in stock. They sent everything individually at weeks apart. Tried multiple times to get in contact with 0 reply.

Charged delivery when it should have been free
Web site states free delivery for all orders over $99, excluded bikes and extra large items.
I purchased a pair of bars that weigh 300grams for $99.99. And was charged delivery .
After speaking with customer service I was first told it's free delivery for orders over $100! After pointing out the web site statement,the story then changed to what I purchased was deemed a extra large item...
Poor form think I will go back to MTB direct.
A disappointing transaction and warranty claim
Ordered a pair of Knicks and they came with a hole in them, processed a warranty claim and sent the item back. It's been 4 weeks now with poor communication. I have received no refund or mention of the product being sent to me even though it's in-stock. I've had to follow-up every email because no contact otherwise has been made in regards to myself receiving a new product. Very very disappointed to say the least with this online store and will not be using it again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Why has the courier service not notified me of expected delivery time and processed the parcel as undelivered then proceeds to take the product back to the depot over an hour away ?
