Beware of exchange policy
I ordered a pair of the same type and size of tyres.
What arrived was one 28c and one 26c.
Pushys wanted me to pay return shipping costs when all I wanted to do was exchange.
Given that this was a picking error on their behalf, good customer service would:
1) ship replacement product
2) include prepaid return postage
So beware - there is no exchange even on incorrectly shipped products!

Don't Buy Footwear Online
Bought MTB shoes and Flat pedals to match from Pushys. Parcel arrived today. You beauty! No! A big disappointment. Shoes wrong size. My fault? Don't know EU sizes were advertised only. No problem, google size conversion for AUS because Pushys did give you that option. Google gave me eu 40 size for size 9 aus. Actually when they arrived it had the size comparison on the box and it stated I need a size eu 43.5 for aus 9 so Pushy take note. Their return policy fine if you want to pay out $18.95 for postage to get a refund. The flat pedals were not...in the box. Another disappointment! Rang customer support and was told that the warehouse maybe still unpacking stock????. I was not notified of this. Not good customer service so I rang back soon later and cancelled the pedals just in case that may be wrong to. This is one of the joys of shopping on line. I don't like writing bad reviews. This problem needed to be out there for others to be aware of.

The team at Pushys did such a great job in matching my daughter’s odd coloured bike with some matching pedals in stock. They could not have been more helpful or understanding. Great customer service with an awesome result.
Fantastic Customer Service - Amazing!
Pushys provided truly amazing customer service.
A product I purchased on-line through Kogan was shipped by Pushys and arrived in good time but was found to be slightly faulty.
I contacted Pushys to ask for advice on what I should do – I was not making a warranty claim.
Had I wanted to make a warranty claim I would have done so through Kogan, I simply wanted advice.
Pushys said they would happily replace the slightly faulty product (no suggestion of me having to claim through Kogan).
A replacement product arrived a week later.
This is truly amazing customer service.

Terrible customer service
I purchased a product from pushys and which did not fit as desired. Pushys refused to do an exchange and forced me to purchase a new one and also cover the cost of return. This is ridiculous as the cost of postage back to their location is excessive and I end up paying more for the return than discount I got on the product. Pushys really needs to up their game and follow a trend with every other retailer to offer free return postage and exchanges. Absolutely terrible that in this day and age they are treating customers with this terrible service. Won't ever be buying from them again!
Great online experience and World Topping Returns procedure

I bought 4 Azur 750/25 Lumens USB Light Sets from Pushys & they were easily the best bang for buck for a bright front & rear light set for my family's 4 bikes. I'd shopped around & none of the other stores I've used before could come close to $50 a pop for a set as bright as these. They arrived quickly & when one of the brake lights failed to charge on USB there was no question, they quickly sent a replacement. Who could ask for more?
Great Customer Service with Fast Delivery
I submitted my order late on a Friday afternoon and was delivered on the Monday - Super fast turn around. One of the items was only a Small size, the description of the product was a bit off. However the crew there were responsive in working it out and offering exchange / refund. So by Tuesday morning the issue is sorted!
Will definitely use them again.
Questions & Answers
I purchased a light set but I have not received a confirmation email regarding this purchase why haven’t I? I have also sent emails and tried to call I’ve had no response from the emails and could not get through on the phone. Could someone please reply to my email and send me confirmation of this purchase and some idea of the time frame for the item to be delivered
Why has the courier service not notified me of expected delivery time and processed the parcel as undelivered then proceeds to take the product back to the depot over an hour away ?
