Quick Dry Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Charged $100 for two rooms in an apartment. Spent no more then 10mins cleaning. Had to later pay for another carpet cleaner to get rental bond back. Take this advice and look elsewhere.

Quickdry gave us realistic advice because we had old carpets. Even still, they managed to do a fantastic job and the cleaning made a huge difference. They managed to get all the blu tac out of my daughters carpet. Very happy with the result and price, friendly service.

Terrible job. Pulled PowerPoint off wall. Ruined our carpet. Do not use this company. Their machine stained our carpets. Rude. Seeking refund though magistrates court. The worst experience I have had with any cleaning company. Stay away.

I could not be angrier with this outfit - absolute highway robbery! Avoid at all cost. The “technician” was supposed to call me before he arrived at the home I’d just vacated. Instead he called me after he’d finished and was already in his car - half an hour earlier than when he was supposed to arrive. I refused to pay even though they sent me another bill with late fees and then sent it to debt collectors! the real estate had to get another carpet cleaning Company to re clean the carpets!

They finished the job within 15 minutes and seems the carpet were still very dirty. They guy asked me vacuum by myself! They only care about money not customer at all. And they charge me 100$ for four bedroom

Me and my partner got a job done from these guys I couldn’t have been more disappointed
Got 4 bedrooms done and our lounge room
They guy took 20 minutes to do the whole job from arriving to setting up he even had time to take photos
There is no way you can clean 4 bedrooms and a lounge properly in 20 minutes
As I have had other companies do carpets for the similar price and they took a lot longer than that
I arrived after the clean carpets felt dry look like just ran the machine on the carpet didn’t run water through it and charged us $140 for the job
We have had to call another company to come back and do the job properly

We wanted to get some carpets cleaned before we moved into a house so we organised for quick dry to come and clean 5 rooms. They stated they would be there at 12 so we organised with previous owner if we could have handover at 12 they arrived at 11:20 so we were not there to watch even though we tried to call them 5 times to say we agreed on 12 before they arrived. They sent a message at 11:45 to say carpets were done. This all was done from them arriving, setting up moving from each room, cleaning room, taking pictures and sending them

Booked in for carpet cleaning of 4 rooms. Quote was for $99 which was ok. Was advised that Technician would be within a 2 hour window of arriving and received an SMS stating time of arrival 30 minutes before which was good. Showed rooms needed cleaning and left techi to do the job as house was cleaned and empty of furniture in rooms being cleaned. Booked in for a service and they screwed up the dates and instead of rectifying the situation they charged me a late fee and threatened me with debt collectors. Scam!

They are a joke I didn’t even book in as I never sent them my address and they trying to charge me cancelation fee the night before. Do not use!

I booked in for a couch clean, they said they would give me a time and then on the day (after not hearing from they) they rock up.. at which I wasn’t home. They send me the bill for a service I didn’t receive due to their stuff up. I refuse to pay and they send debt recoveries after me. Absolute shonks.

I recently had my 6 dining chairs & 2 wingback armchairs & bedhead upholstery cleaned by "Mark" he was professional & did a fantastic job cleaning they all cleaned up great! Very happy with this service. Thank you.

Booked 2 weeks in advance, could only give me a 3 hour window of arrival. Didn’t end up showing, emailed and called every number possible for this damn company and no one answered.

Not happy with the pricing. Special rate was 3 rooms at $59. I was quoted 3 rooms for $69 because of my area. Then I was charged $69 for 2 rooms only. Tried to get explanation with no answer.
