Found the store without any trouble and although it was free of fancy frills, the range was very good ( we were there to buy a bed not marvel at selling decor) The young lady who assisted us was very patient, and knew her product well, it was a pleasure to deal with her. Even the delivery man was polite, punctual and helpful. Would certainly recommend R&B.

Found the bed displayed at a shopping centre and decided to try it out. Price for a king size mattress is cheaper than any online mattress in a box, I guess there's no harm buying it since R&B gives a good warranty for their products. Decided to buy another Queen size a day after ordering the King for my mum.
Mattress provides good support. Wife and mum are satisfied. I find it slightly too firm, might take time to get used to.

I was shopping with my mum and R&B Bedding were displaying their beds in the shopping centre. My mum was looking for a new bed and decided to buy one. I mentioned that I thought about buying a new ensemble, but the thought of trying to dispose of the old mattress and base put me off! Bowie advised me that they would pick and recycle the old mattress and base...well that won me over! Ordered the ensemble on the spot with minimum deposit and utilising their layby option. The bed was delivered on a day convenient to me and I haven't regretted it! PS my mum's bed was too high for her, and R&B Bedding virtually 'rebuilt' her base to lower the height, she could get into bed easier. 5 star service all the way!

Anyone can sell a good mattress but not everyone can sell a great mattress that comes with a very good service . Look for R&B and nowhere else. The range of products are great . The service are even better.

First came across the display of the mattresses in the Ingle Farm shopping centre and followed it up by making a final decision to buy in their show room. At all times we did not feel pressured to buy. Bowey is a very helpful person who assisted us with information and patience. The delivery was as arranged and performed with no problems. I recommend this company to people about to purchase a mattress to check this company out for their products.

Met Bowie doing a bedding promotion at a local shopping centre and tried the bed and pillow. He was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We purchased a new double-sided Gel infused memory foam queen size mattress and latex pillows, personally delivered and installed by Bowie who took the old mattress away. We are very satisfied. Good night's sleep with little or no snoring. Feel better during the day with more energy.
