Customer service was absolutely horrible, was waiting for a callback on Monday, 4 days later I had to call to see what my process was for the application. Customer service rep turned around and bluntly said we are not helping you, I suggest you wait 2 years or pay off your debt problems. Which I replied "LOL" then rep threatened to put a discrepancy on my record for calling him a "MOLE" ?
Bad use of advertising, my recommendation is if you are like me and have bad credit from the past try using "Money3".
Stay away from this company.

Great! Got it sorted when for me and saved hassle

I'm satisfied with the rates considering my circumstances. Customer service was great and got me what I was after. No unexpected costs, everything was laid out for me at the start of the process.

Nothing rapid about them.

Useless, took 2 weeks for them to get a loan for me, ended up being a ridiculous rate, they don't listen, they don't communicate, getting a response from them to questions is a joke, they don't even answer your questions, tell lies about what is going to happen. They go ahead and do what they want to do, there fees are unfair, rude on the phone to customers, there's no rapid about this company should be snail finance.

Good customer service!

I am very thankful to Rapid Finance for the good customer service i received, always keeping me updated with the process of my application. Also giving it another go with another lender which got me and my family of 5 into a nice family vehicle. Much appreciated!

Car loan

The costumer service was excellent. Can not fault it at all.
The costs were what I expected.
The rate was very high but that is probably because of my circumstances. Hopefully it will come down when we re finance in a years time.

Paying double for your car

I thought certain aspects through the process of the loan could have been dealt with better and l think my rate is really high

When no one else would help us

Rapid finance was amazing they helped myself and my husband get into a new vehicle when no other company would give us a go. Malcolm and ibby were so lovely in helping me with every and any questions i had. Malcolm also went out of his way to help me out by talking to the dealership as i was a bit anxious and was a bit unsure on a few things. Malcolm and ibby were truely thankfull for everthing you did for us and are very appreciative of it will highly recommend

Avoid! When you apply and are not successful they don’t get back to you.

I applied for a car loan only $8000 they couldn’t even handle it because I’m on a careers pension. I have since been approved else way and have been treated with twice as much respect. These people will not even have the courtesy to let you know if you are not approved. I applied yesterday got an automated reply stating I will have a response within 2 hours. 16 hours later still nothing so I ring up get told no one was availableto talk and the receptionist had an attitude too anyway the minute I’m off the phone I get a text message stating we are unable to help you. Very unprofessional and I’ve heard this from many many others. If you need money or a fair chance then please avoid there are much more genuine companies that will bend over backwards to help you get the finance you need and deserve. Don’t fall for there fake testimonials, Reviews and fake promises. They make out they help pensioners, I’m a career I receive one of the highest paying Centrelink pensions I receive $1050 min and this is too risky for them offering a (secured) car loan. Lol! I’m just thanking the spirits I found a genuine company to help me get that much needed cr so I can continue getting mum to her medical appointments.

Hi it took about 3 weeks but my situation was very complicated and i had to access various documents I did not have but they always kept me up to date about where things were at and the whole process was reasonably painless
