Calling for support and no one answers, emailing support gets an automated response and no follow up. They take my money no problem though.
You cannot get any service as they do not answer the phone, and play stupid messages like "we understand that your time is precious to you" really what a farce

I have just been downloading updates for a gps and download speed started at >450kbs but after downloading 400Mb speed dropped to 40-60kbs. I am paying > $50/mth for 20GBwhich other ISP's offer at a little over half of this. I don't mind paying top dollar but not for dial up speeds on broadband. Look elsewhere if you want to do more than send the odd email or read the local paper.
