I have bought hundreds of things online from all over the world and had very few serious issues until I ordered from this company. This seller is not recommended at all!
I have bought a few laptops. Both are great. One in store / one via mail. Products are good and assistance is good when there was a small issue with one. Would buy again
No product delivered
Paid for a computer on July 11, and here we are on the 25th with no product and no response from the business I am at the point of insisting that Visa reverse the payment and reporting the business to the police cyber crime unit

Packaging and care are an important part of customer care
My ipad arrive well packed and is in good working order .Presentation and condition quite good for a refurbished item

Sent disgustingly damaged item (apparently 'B Grade') - long wait time for replies - rude - avoid!
I bought an iMac from this company that was classified as 'B Grade'. After I finally receive the item (after weeks of waiting) it appears heavily scuffed and damaged with gouges in the screen and a big fault in the display which causes the whole thing to have an annoying, hindering yellow tint. None of this was mentioned in the ad description. The description read: 'This item is only classified as B Grade as it has minor scratches on the screen and bezel'. Even the generic keyboard that was included was non-functional. Anyway, I ended up contac...ting them politely (the message included photos of the damaged goods - I didn't even mention the keyboard) and only received a reply about 3 days after I sent the initial message, which was quite a long wait. The reply was from [name removed], who promptly tells me that 'It's a B Grade iMac from 2007 for $85, what do you expect?' which infuriated me most as price doesn't matter and age doesn't matter when selling. What matters is the product I receive should be as advertised and I should deserve some respect from the people selling it to me! However, I politely said that I would like a partial refund for compensation, then she asked the amount, I said 38% (about $30 - very reasonable considering the damage) and she rudely says the 'best' she can do is 10%, which is $8.50. The second I saw that message I ended up leaving negative feedback on their eBay, to let everyone know to avoid the money-thieving, deceitful company. Finally, I come to an agreement because I threatened to bring eBay into it and use 'eBay's Money Back Guarantee' as it would end up costing them more money for them to ship it back to their shop and accept a loss of profit. This seemed to scare them off and they reluctantly agreed to accept my $30 compensation, however they would only let me accept the refund If I removed my negative feedback. I reluctantly agreed to remove my negative feedback, however, they have yet to partially refund me despite their promise. So, to compensate for that, I am writing on here to tell you to please avoid Reboot IT at all costs as they are just in it for the money, they send items in poor condition and the service is abysmal. They go out of their way to not refund or replace your item.
RED ALERT! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!! REBOOT-IT. This company only exist to rip you off your hard earn dollars. DO NOT BUY ANY COMPUTERS from them. Bought a refurbished Laptop from them, it was faulty yet they refused to refund it, even though it states in its company website, you are entitled to a refund. Their staff are extremely incompetent and their refund policy is the ultimate con job. They will make your life very difficult and even go to ends of the earth to refuse your refund request. Safe yourself the hassle, regrets, heartache and most importantly your money. Always buy your computer from a reputable dealer.
Warranty does not mean much
We bought laptop. Worked fine for a few weeks. Then stopped. It took awhile to get someone to do something. They said, no probs. It will be only the battery. Which they offered to replace under warranty. So far ok. 2 weeks later still no battery.
Called and called and called, then emailed. Response "sorry we had no battery in store but will send out new one today"!
It has been months now, no battery arrived ever. No one replies to emails nor phone calls.
Do your self a favor. Spend a few dollars more and buy somewhere else like jb hifi.
At least they look after you in case something goes wrong.

Poor Communication, Missing Item
Purchased 2 computers from these guys. When processing payment via Credit Card, the first transaction was declined. I double checked my details and submitted once again and it went through as successful.
After 3 days, I missed a phone call in the late afternoon to call back. Attempted to call back, but it was already too late in the evening. I sent an email asking what the issues were. After waiting 2 days, I sent a follow-up email which was also not responded to.
After trying to contact again via phone with no answer, I made one last eff...ort to contact them via the websites contact form. I did receive a response from them a day later telling me that my transaction had triggered their fraud system but it was ok now and they are going to send my items 'today'. 7 days after purchase and they are only just sending the items. I received the items which were just left at the door in plain view for everyone to see with no knock or anything. I open up the boxes and find that I did get my 2 computers, but I also opted for a keyboard and mouse, which was missed. I am now waiting for a response from them to get my the keyboard and mouse I had asked for. Based on this experience, if you buy from these guys, make sure you use PayPal so you can dispute the transaction in the event something goes wrong. Also, if you opt for internal upgrades (more RAM etc) make sure you open the machine and actually check, as my confidence in these guys are very low and it wouldn't surprise me if they 'forgot' to add the upgrade you paid for.
Bought Thinkpad T400, Vista 2012 OS.
Worked fine for a week, installed updates, crashed.
Could not auto-repair, Sent several emails over 3-4 days before response.
They'll have to discuss with the manager.
Days later phone call. Can I send a photo of the dead screen? (which I already described previously)
Offered to either send prepaid satchel to return or send installation disc.
3 days later they post the disc.
Disc will not repair or install.
They now won't send a prepaid satchel to return, not covered by warranty apparently.
Submitted complaint with Paypal for partial refund, awaiting response.
Urgent: Train your staffs
Sent email to them for bulk purchase, no reply. Filled up reseller/vendor form, no reply. Spoke to Maddison for stock list, no follow up. Spoke to Maddison again, sent wrong list (asked for laptop, sent desktop list). Spoke to manager Helen, new story; they dont have a stock list. Advise to the owner: train these people or change them if you want to grow your business. Otherwise you will be stagnated with a bunch of incompetents.

Prices are good
The prices are good, pretty much what you would expect to pay for a second hand laptop. Postage for me was around $30 which isn't too pricey either.
The laptop I purchased got an issue within 3 days of receiving it and would not boot up so it ended up costing me a lot more than I expected it would.
not happy at all
Bought a used HP laptop. Waiting....waiting...waiting......
Took almost 1 month to arrive, and this was after I phoned them to ask where is my order.
Their Courier (Toll) stuffed me around, arrived 3 days late, after overnight shipping was promised.
The laptop was very dirty, had not been cleaned. Screen had dead areas. Very bumped and dented.
The WIFI did not work. (despite an enclosed QA check form that said it did)
BIOS was locked and they could not supply a password....so the laptop was actually crippled.
Lots of to and fro with their IT support, who could not help.
I organised a return for a full refund. Sent the faulty laptop back. ...Waiting....waiting....waiting....... I had to (again) call them almost 10 days after they had received the returned laptop, to ask: where is my refund ? They tried to push another laptop at me rather than a refund. NO ! Finally, I have my money back, but lost out on postage, which cost $35. Really, really not happy ! They do not return calls, when leaving a message. They very rarely answer emails, either. Never again with this company !! Be warned
I will come back...
Not everything is as it seems.
You are on the web and you browse for a new laptop for your bursiness, and most of them are either out of your price range, overkill for your needs or absolutely outdated. I stumble on their eBay store, and I was surprise at the prices they were doing. Honest and realistic prices on their products. I got my hands on a 2013 Lenovo laptop for $200, sure it's not the latest model and it's not the fastest, but come on, $200 for something that is descant! Most their stock is from businesses upgrading their fleet, so t...
