What material are the wheels made from? Rubber or plastic? Are they suitable for all terain?
Thank you for getting in touch. The wheels on the JIVE³ are PU and all-terrain. The front wheels are engineered rubber and both front and rear wheels are puncture-proof :) ...I hope this helps. Brooke - RB Team
Does the jive rainshield fit both the regular seat and the bassinet? Baby will be born in the rainy season, so I will need to know before purchase if I need to buy extra accessories. Secondly, as a tall mum with some back issues, are there height adapters, and can they be purchased separately? I like the jive, but have concerns about the seat height. I definitely struggled with my last pram and had to buy height adapters, but I don't see them listed on your website.
Thank you for your question. The rain cover will fit over both the seat and bassinet. The seat height can't be lifted unless you are converting the pram to become a double. It isn't safe t...o alter or add height to the seat as the pram could tip over.
I can’t seem to lock into place any foot settings on my jive3 seat. It always stays down and doesn’t click into any other settings. Is there a way to fix this?
The footrest has three positions but will move freely from the highest position. I have added a video to assist : ...When you want to adjust the footrest downwards (for when baby's legs need to access the footrest at the front of the pram frame) you need to press both buttons in and push downwards on the footrest. From the lowest position, it will be able to be moved upwards into a semi-reclined position and then back up again into the highest position. Please note, the footrest does not lock into an angled-upwards position. Please watch this video which shows this in more detail: https://vimeo.com/519250298/9a8b619079 The best way to replicate the video is to have the seat forward-facing and fully upright. I was just wondering whether the Steelcraft baby capsule is compatible with the JIVE3 stroller? It was given to us and unfortunately I can't find a serial number or anything on it but from googling I believe it's made by Britax, so I'm guessing it probably is?
We're not compatible with the Steelcraft Baby Capsule I'm afraid....Redsbaby xx
Ah ok - thanks for letting me know. Much appreciated :)
Can I buy this without the bassinet?
The JIVE³ is only sold as a set with the bassinet. Our METRO³ pram can be purchased without a bassinet if you just need the stroller : ...https://redsbaby.com.au/metro3-pram/ Brooke - RB Team xx
Hi Brooke, I ordered the metro before but decided against it as I prefer the fold of the jive 3. Is there any way I can just buy the stroller? If not, I'll have to get a Nuna but I really want to support Aussie products.
We only sell the JIVE³ as a set with the bassinet I'm afraid. Please let me know if I can assist with any further questions.

Does it work as a car seat as well or would that need to be bought seperate?
The JIVE³ pram comes with a bassinet and main seat which can only be used on the pram. We also sell the capsule bundles which allows you to attach a car capsule to your pram for a full travel system. You can view the bundles here : ...https://redsbaby.com.au/pram-baby-capsule-bundle/ I hope this helps, please reach out to our customer care team on 1300 344 946 or firstname.lastname@example.org Brooke - RB Team xx

Hi my 5 point harness does not click into place when using the pram. I purchased it early this year but just transitioned from bassinet to seat. It will not work?
Hi Mina, I have this pram and it clicks just fine. I remember being confused at first too. Just make sure each piece is flipped to the correct side, slide in and then click it by pushing it down once ...you slide it in. Repeat the same for each of the 4 harness pieces. So IN and then DOWN. There might be youtube videos on doing it?
Thank you for getting in touch. ...Whilst the trick to using our 5-point safety harness may not be immediately obvious, it's easy once you know how, please watch this video from our Redsbaby Support Centre, which will show you how it's done in more detail: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdwrIUljXb4 You will need to place one clip into the buckle and then push/snap it in a backward motion, you will then hear a click which has locked it into place. We only recommend using the seat when the 5 point harness is engaged at all times, if you have any further issues, please reach out to our customer care team on 1300 344 964 or email@example.com. I am thinking about purchasing the 2020 version and wondering how good it is with small cars? I have a ford fiesta so not a heap of space
We have tested out the JIVE and METRO in some of the smallest cars on the market like the Fiat 500 and Nissan Micra and they both fit easily....I have added some videos below to assist : https://youtu.be/GzvT0SjSDrQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Lqjh1bE3e4 I hope this helps. RB Team xx
