Love it! Best moisturiser
I'm 51. I have rosacea. My skin has always been oily but the last few months it has become very dry (due to menopause?). I had tried a few moisturisers but they made me break out. So then I tried Redwin Vitamin E and Evening Primrose Oil from Woolworths. It was so cheap, I figured I had nothing to lose if I tried it. It's fantastic!!! I can slather it on. My skin was SO dry that it has taken a few days to make a difference, but now my skin is soft and more hydrated. I suspect it will become more hydrated over the next few days. It ha...sn't "cured" my rosacea but I certainly didn't expect it to. My skin is still quite red at times, but it's not "angry" - it's not red and sensitive and dry. I hope I continue to get the same benefit from this moisturiser as time goes on. For now, I would certainly recommend it to anyone with dry skin. The thing I don't like - the scent is very strong.

Excellent, affordable, economical size, efficient, does the job!
Redwin have a knack for creating no-frills skin care that is affordable, come in economical sizes and simply do the job! This particular cream is a favourite of mine, it comes in a lovely big jar and it simply lasts and last, I use it on hands, elbows, knees and even face and neck. Just wonderful. The scent is perhaps a little too strong they could make a fragrance-free version in fact I would like to see a scent-free version. This comes in pump or jar form. I have jars of these all over the house, just a perfect product. It sinks in beautifull...y, is not greasy and hydrates and moisturises beautifully, I will be repurchasing. P.S You will often find saintly "Natural" brands like MOO GOO, often pointing out that products like REDWIN are cheap and full of nasties and chemicals. First of all everything is a chemical. REDWIN have always been a long standing consistent Australian brand in the eyes of many consumers and that isn't going to go away, enough with the fear mongering Moo Goo. The ingredients found in REDWIN products are perfectly safe, just ask any toxicologist or Cosmetic Chemist worth their salt!

I'm very happy with this product. I highly recommend it. Great body and face moisturiser and it's not expensive!

Cheap, & works well.
I've been buying Redwin Vitamin E cream for a few years now. I was looking around for an effective "cheap" moisturiser to use on my legs after shaving, & also on my hands at nite before bed. This one has been wonderful, & works amazing well. A huge 300g jar, for so little money. I think its just over $4.00, & can be found in Coles & Big W. Not sure if Woolies has it, but they probably do.
Made in OZ, too, & this pleases me a lot, as I like to buy Australian whenever I can. It has a very pleasant scent. Not too overpowering.
The only thing I...am not keen on with this product is, just like a lot of other moisturisers & shampoos etc, it contains parabens. These chemicals have been proven to be very bad, & should be avoided as much as possible. Its the reason why I choose not to use this on my face. I use Nivea Soft on my face instead. (see my review). A few years ago, Jennifer Hawkins was advertising this Redwin Vitamin E cream on tv. One reason why I thought I'd give it a go. If she uses it in real life, then its done wonders for her, so it will do wonders for the rest of us! :) If you are after a cheap, effective, moisturiser, you can't go wrong with this one. It lasts for ages. The jar is nice & chunky as well, & not easy to knock over in the bathroom.
