I can not begin to describe to you how incompetent this company is.
I should have known when the consultant came to give me a quote. He didn't really want the job and kept going on and on at all the big jobs he had going on and how fortunate l was to have him there. He said he was doing me a favour.
They required cash up front. Once they had my cash they gave me the run around. The office staff, particularly Ned, have no idea what they are doing. They lost my quote, the following week they couldn't find my file. No one would call me back. I...

Should have been an easy and quick job, but turned into a nightmare, where we were living without wardrobe for 6 weeks, now not happy how it looks, even got double charged.

First, the quotation guy asked us to move indoor aircon unit because it was on the way. It costed me time and money to get it moved. When installation was done, it turned out that wasn't necessary.

Second, it took a month and a half from the moment we accepted the quote and paid deposit, till the time the installer came to site.
Regency seems to work only for builders...

Salesman knew about wardrobes and came up with good suggestions. The fitter was also very experienced and the end product was fantastic.

Don't use Regency...............They are over priced, they under deliver. What a joke, and it makes me sick to think that you pay big dollars for a quality job and you get a less than sub standard result......

THe fact that the job was not done in the time frame, they had to come back twice to re-do things and even now after 8 months, the wardrobes are still not what I paid for. The doors come off the rails, the workmanship is crap and the price is WAY to expensive for the end result
