Worst customer service/company I have ever dealt with!
I was promised an installation date (shower screen) dropped in to pay at the office I ordered from to be told it didn't look like it would be installed as agreed. I have tenants beginning a new lease ( which they new) and just got told by [name removed] that they are only sales and once the order is made they don't have any say!!! So why make appointments if you can't guarantee delivery! Got told that if I was going to listen then she couldn't help me - I had listened to her say she was only sales about 7 times and said I heard that let me spe...ak to someone who can make it happen. I am still waiting to hear... Crap people crap service and as a renovator and regular user of these types of products will never again use them and will ensure everyone I meet on site doesn't use them either. Can't see them being in business too much longer any way
Never experienced worse customer service
Absolutely useless company. Do not deliver on time. 6 weeks to make one screen and then I have to call them (2 hours after installation was supposed to happen) on the installation day to find out they screwed up, so we now have to wait another week.
Complete disregard for your time and a total lack of communication. No one you speak to on the phone has a clue about what is going on and they can't answer any questions.
Stay right away from this mob... use anyone else.
Stay away! Worst experience ever!
The worst customer service I have ever received. Nobody answers calls or returns messages. Quoting was great- install was a nightmare, order not submitted rescheduled. Booked for day I'm not home after telling me countless times. Rescheduled. Wrong size cut by factory. Told they would be back next week. Get a call not coming to following week, book but nobody showed up. After making numerous phone calls finally get told coming tomorrow. Get up early to be ready and get a call after a no show that the order is not ready. Still waiting to hear back. Completely fed up DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

THREE appointments made for shower screen installation.. And THREE no shows! No calls, no explanations. After one missed appointment you would think they'd try and look after you. No!! When I called each time to find out why I was still waiting at home with no installer and no call, they could not even find information under my address. "I'll look into it and call you back in 5" I was told. I had to call them back every time! SO RUDE! It's common to have delays in products and services , but no call when they know they can't honour th...ere promises, and no transparency... IT'S RUBBISH! I would never use this company!! Waiting for a manager to call me back as I write this.. It's been 4 hours since he said he'd get straight back to me.
Regency - Disgraceful Service, Pathetic Product - AVOID at all costs!
Ordered 2 build in wardrobes from this poor excuse for a company, my first big mistake. After waiting a mammoth 8 weeks after being promised a 3 to 4 turnaround, I had a disgruntled installer turn up 2 hours after he told me he would be there. The materials used were scuffed, chipped, discoloured and of extremely poor quality. When I questioned the installer on the quality of the product he snapped back and said that Regency are a joke and the product I was getting was good compared to their usual poor standards. It had nothing to do with as he...was just an installer. His appearance was tardy, his boots were dirty and his van was filthy. What kind of company representative was this? On completion, the wardrobes were flimsy, poorly assembled and one of the doors was chipped. I rang the office to lodge a complaint and was blown off with a promise of a return call. After 3 attempts over the next 10 day's, I finally got a response where I was told that they really can't help from this office. I was then transferred to the so called customer service manager who had no idea what she was talking about. She was rude, obnoxious and far from helpful. I have never been dealt with such disdain in my entire life.This person is a joke. In the end after playing all these games with a company where customer service is non-existent, I simply gave up. I called my carpenter who rectified the issues and he did an amazing job which is far cry from what Regency is able to do. Avoid at all costs. Regency cannot be trusted.
Regency Screens - The worst Company I have dealt with
It took them 2 months to fail to install our kitchen Mirrored Splashback. 7 attempts, it broke (multiple times) , they measured incorrectly, rarely called us back when they were supposed to. Care factor from staff was zero. The trades people we did meet complained about working for this company as they said it was disorganised. In the end we have only one of two pieces installed but 2-3 more attempts to get the smaller section done all failed. Again we got excuses - it broke, they left it at the warehouse and it was the wrong size.
We told them not come back. Avoid this company at all costs!
Regency is a joke - how many times have we heard both the sales rep and the installation guy say, 'I'll get right on that and call you back in 5 minutes." Of course, we never heard back. No check measures were done and as a result every product they supplied (i.e. bathroom mirror, wardrobes) were measured incorrectly and had to go back to factory. Never again Regency!!!

Failed to show on their own install date, called their office who stated it was following week, when told incorrect admitted to office error, re arranged closer date. Yep, fail to contact or show. Contact Labrador office and put thought to logistics, no record and denial of conversation three days earlier, no help and too late at 10:00 am to install, we can fit you in following Wednesday!!! Day after the original mistaken date and again denied mistake and earlier conversation. When informed this was not good enough it was basically too bad, but changed date to Monday but when asked for a time, anywhere after 6:00 am! Now missed two days work, suggest their logistics section need to get their act together.
Total rip off!!!!
Absolutely low grade construction!! I Feel extremely disappointed with the finished product!! Word of mouth is a valuable tool and quite frankly there isn't much to promote!!!.
No idea about customer service
Product and installation team were OK, but management and administration (that promise to return calls) have no idea about "customer service ". I had to follow up every call several times, it took over 4 weeks to install 2 shower screens one of which was measured twice and was still wrong upon installation. Very very disappointed, quality and service "Regency" you are NOT.
Paid $2543 -Installed in Sept now waiting 3rd call back - leaks like a sieve, glass is bowed but they say that it is normal, first forgot to silicon between the glass and the wall, now forgot the water bar, what next!! not impressed unable to use shower for over a month.
Glass shower splash backs and shower screen
Order was placed over 8 weeks ago came to install splash backs and holes cut in wrong position, was told it would be rectified within 5 days took three weeks. Left numerous messages on Sars message bank not once did he return my call. Finally got to talk to the senior manager [name removed], the most uncooperative guy I have ever had to deal with. Could not give me an exact time for installation only a date. Pathetic I wish I saw these reviews prior to placing my order.
Rubbish company do not deal with them
I contacted them about the 7 year warranty on bathroom shower screen door, (given the shower screen is only 4 years old) I was basically told that they would not honour there written warranty. It looks like we are off to court, given I'm a Lawyer. These people should not be in business. terrible service.

This is the worst workmanship I have ever seen. The showerscreen is nowhere near level, It's at a very visible angle, they left dirt everywhere then siliconed over the dirt. In some spots they siliconed half of it then stopped. They obviously stepped in the silicone then walked all over the rest of the tiles. Absolutely disgusted.
Avoid Regency at all costs
Unreliable, slow and generally unfriendly to deal with once the sales contract has been signed. Abysmal service is the norm; installers frequently failed to arrive for booked appointments, turned up hours late, and even failed to bring the required equipment and materials; so left without any work being undertaken. A lot of time is wasted during install. The office staff who organise appointments seem to show little regard for customer service, or urgency to complete jobs, making the whole installation experience very frustrating and much lon...ger than expected. Quality of the wardrobes is not high especially if customisation is needed that requires more skill than a very basic and standard installation. Possibly the worst consumer experience I have ever had, make sure you understand the terms and conditions of the contract as they are very restrictive and staff refer to these frequently whenever issues arise (which is often). Very difficult to get compensation when things go wrong, make sure any offered is in writing, as staff change frequently and their record keeping is terrible. Some installers are good (but they're contractors) Poor quality and bad service, long delays, overpriced cheap internals
Don't use Regency
Do not deal with Regency for anything. The built-ins they installed were pulled out one week later by their Head Installer who described them as "atrocious". The pull out damaged all the paint work and took pieces of timber off my walls and [name removed] the "Customer Service" Manager (and I use that term very loosely) refused to pay for the wall fix up and said "take us to court" and would only refund my deposit on the condition that I dropped my request for them to fix up my walls. Then they took 2 weeks to refund the deposit. Their Head Ins...taller who did the removal of their appalling job said to me "I would not have this product in my house." I had 3 cabinet makers look at the builtins before they were pulled out and they were amazed at how bad they were. Why Regency is not bankrupt yet is amazing. Absolutely atrocious product - bad quality, appalling installation, terrible rude customer service
Not enough time or space to tell of our experience with Regency. We finally have a product we are happy with albeit after having the bowed doors replaced, our builder fix the jambs and reattach the floor plate and our WIR internals not installed before Easter as promised. These guys insist on COD so you have no time to properly check the finished product, they charge a credit card fee so unless you have a wad of cash to pay them you have no option. When I asked to get a reconciliation of payments from their office I was gruffly told I needed to...take it up with the office...but I still had to pay him now. I'd go so far as to say I felt intimidated. Never again. The internals are good and the sales rep was reliable...shame he had little control over what comes after him Everything else
Never, EVER use Regency for anything
Never, ever, ever make the mistake of using Regency. We ordered a new wardrobe to be installed. The sales consultant was good - really new her stuff. But once you've placed the order and paid the deposit it goes rapidly downhill from there.
Firstly, they won't contact you - we had to contact them to find out when it was going to be installed (a number of weeks after we'd placed the order).
Secondly, on the morning of the install, we get a call to say they can't do the install on that day anymore. Which was a problem since we'd booke...d to have carpet installed the following day. After complaining and persisting, they eventually agreed to install the following morning (before the carpet was installed in the afternoon). They installer turns up without the necessary components to complete the job. There must be something fundamentally wrong with how Regency manages and runs their company. They couldn't plan their way out of a paper-bag. Never, ever use them! You have been warned. No communication with customer, don't deliver what is promised, don't turn up when agreed with the required components
Funny how there was nothing on the review section when I looked up this forum - must be a regency salesMAN that has replied. I hope it is not the same one that ignored me for 45 mins whilst I was in the store - after they had taken my money for the job and refused to return it when I was less than impressed with the customer service I recieved.In my personal view and after having purchasing 3 wardrobes I would not recommend them to build a wardrobe for my blind grandma (even she would be able to release the POOR WORKMANSHIP......)

Hi, I have just had new tiles put in, and I think the membrane must of been broken, I need to know two things, do I remove the shower screen first or the old tiles in the shower recess( I didn't have these removed at the time I had the rest done) and the other is will I have to replace the borders if that is what you call them.
