New Shower Screen
Very good outcome from start to finish with a quality job being done. Only gripe is installer stood behind me when on my desk top for the final payment when making the BPay transaction. To me a little rude and unnecessarily intimidating.. Suggest installer tell customer when he is packing up to make out the receipt.
Lachlan Scott was our very professional, friendly and accommodating Rep for Regency Screens. We were very happy with his advice and he was so generous with his time. Went far and being the efforts of his competitors
We will call on him again
Quality Product with Good Professional Service
Replaced our old wardrobe hinged doors with mirror sliders and am happy with the overall product quality, service & timeline it was supplied in and would not hesitate to use regency again.
Nice look, good fit
Overall I am satisfied with the service provided. Lauchlan Scott measured the locations and provided in depth advice and took the time to explain many things I hadnt considered.
I chose to have the frameless mirrored wardrobe doors installed. Installation was quick, seamless and clean.
The doors look great and run smooth. My one issue is the handles on the doors aren't the easiest to grip. Considering the weight of the door you then have to push against the door to open/close. Whilst i understand the reason for the slimline handle I think this design could be greatly improved.
Using Regency for our Construction business we use their shower screens, mirrors, wardrobe doors and robe fit outs. Personally we have found Gary Creely from Clayton a pleasure to deal with.
All round good experience with Regency.
Easy to deal with and very nice customer service. Knowledgable sales reps, and quick response times.
We are happy with our wardrobe doors and fit out.
This is too good. All wardrobes should be like this
From the young lady in the showroom to Dan and Lee and the ladies on the phone thank you for making the process so easy.Im thrilled with the end result.
The Sales rep saved the day
Jan Carlzon, once the President of Scandanavian Airlines, wrote a book about moments of truth. They are the moments when a customer comes in contact with a service or product provider. Carlzon believes that they are the moments that ultimately determine whether the company will succeed or fail as a company.
They are worth money to the seller of the service or product. But what many sellers fail to realise is that the money is not just the immediate sale .. of the shirt, or the hamburger, or the perfume, or the car. The moment of truth ca...n lead to repeat business from the customer and the customers family, friends and work colleagues. In all of our several 'moments' with Stephen Watkins, he has been punctual, professional, informative and helpful. It's really because of him that we have purchased Regency product.
Large company with good turn around
We are a building company so good product for a great price is important to us. Stephen has been good to us, prompt and committed to his word. Their factory had a stuff up but after he got involved he was able to push for the delivery to still come early enough to satisfy our clients needs. We look forward to using Regent Screens again.
Shower screens and mirrors for 2 unit development
I have been dealing with Regency for many years. The rep arrived on time and was very helpful advising of the best solution. Order was processed and installed at the appointed time. Good job all round.
Happy with the end result.
Large job for wardrobes in 3 rooms. Stephen Watkins who measured & quoted (from Coorparoo) was very easy to work with & extremely helpful. The installers, Phil & Michael, worked super hard & were very accommodating. Organising the install, & the timing of the install, was a little fraught but it all worked out in the end.
great product and great quality
excellent product, excellent service and great after sales service.
prompt delivery and great knowledge and attention details.
have been using Regency in the past 10 years and happy to recommend their service and product to customer.
Service was great and they came in early and were out by 8am to allow me to get to work on time.
After reading the reviews I was concerned especially when the second install date nearly got delayed however job was done today by installers Michael and Michael and I am overly impressed. They have done a fantastic job and I am so happy.
Pleasantly surprised after reading these reviews
I read these reviews AFTER I had already paid a deposit to the saleslady so was naturally concerned about whether I would have to go through the same hassles as others have previously. As a result, I made sure I rang up exactly a week after I had paid to see whether they had an install date. I was concerned when they said they needed to get back to me - my first thought was "oh no, here we go". The day afterwards, someone did get back to me and confirm a date but I was still sceptical as to whether they would turn up on the date as nominated.... The installer, [name removed], did call that morning of the install to say he was coming and was able to install a mirrored wardrobe in good time. He also noted a flaw in one of the mirrored panels, so told me someone else was going to call me back after the weekend to organise a new replacement and install time. Surprisingly, they did and he came back on the agreed date and now I have some very nicely fitted wardrobes. These were also less expensive than Stegbar as they had a % off sale which brought the price down nicely. I'm not usually a person who posts reviews but given my experience and the difference between others who have posted, I thought it would provide a fairer picture for people considering Regency. Price was less than others, saleslady suggested a configuration which minimised cost. The installer was very good and the final workmanship was good too. There is a credit card surcharge for transactions - if you want to avoid this but still pay by credit card make sure you pay their accounts at least a couple of days in advance.
Questions & Answers
Hi, I have just had new tiles put in, and I think the membrane must of been broken, I need to know two things, do I remove the shower screen first or the old tiles in the shower recess( I didn't have these removed at the time I had the rest done) and the other is will I have to replace the borders if that is what you call them.
