I recently contacted Reliant after an issue with a drain and in wanting a downpipe and some guttering replaced. A comprehensive and detailed quote was put together within a few hours, which explained clearly the nature of the works. A number of other plumbers I contacted wanted to charge for investigating the source of the drain issue, but Reliant put cameras down into the pipe as part of the quoting process and explained the footage.
