Decent Product

published

I had an older model (EP-7030) which lasted for years with very satisfied results. The shaver head deteriorated after only a few uses despite very gentle use, but the epilator didn't miss a beat. It charged fairly quickly and held a charge. The unit was easy to clean, used often and lasted for 3 years before the head stopped rotating. It was too much of a challenge to find a replacement head.

Purchased in June 2017 at Shaver Shop.

Served it's purpose but didn't last 18 months

Worked well on facial hair and fine blonde hair on hands. I was too much of a whimp to use it on thicker hairs like legs and bikini. The shaver attachment also worked OK, nothing to rave about as it's actually quicker to use a razor. My disappointment lies in the fact it didn't last even 18 months and stopped working (I think the motor burnt out, as the handle got hot and there was a burnt smell around the switch area).

Purchased in March 2019 at Harvey Norman for A$149.00.
