Unlawful sales practices. Don't make an online purchase!!
Spent $2,000 on dresses and I will not be going back.
I ordered a generous collection of dresses for a photoshoot for our company. A large portion of the garments were not true to size whereas others fit perfectly. They were purchased during a sale and for that reason they have refused a return of the pieces that don't fit. Beware that it is an unlawful practice under Australian Consumer Protections to not allow returns for such reason. Particularly stating "all outlet sales are final and cannot be returned" on their website is in direct viol...
Read moreation of consumer guarantee. Now I am left with several garments that are the wrong that they are refusing to allow me to return. One dress was damaged due to a manufacturing mishap with threads falling off everywhere (which is fine, accidents happen), but I was promised a return label which they never supplied. It was also very disheartening to see the very same dress I purchased was $100 cheaper several days before it arrived. When I requested a partial refund for the garment that was now 50% off, their customer support team was unwelcoming and condescending. It is understandable that any customer would be a little bit annoyed by this but there was no need for how they handled the situation. I let them know that their terms and conditions were in breach under consumer protection laws and it has been several business days since the email was delivered and they have ignored me and failed to deliver return labels (even for the damaged items). I loved this company so much and it's such a shame to learn first hand how much it is in need of investigation. It is clear that they don't care about their customers, only that they continue to line their pockets.

Ulree clothing brand dissapointing
Products sent were either wrong size and too small from size guide. Quality was not as nice as expected. When dealing with replacements and refunds they were very hard to deal with and first offered $20 USD for the $75 I had paid. When I declined they offered $40USD which I took just to end the whole unpleasant experience. I do not recommend their company or brand at all.

Frustrating Experience
Terrible company to deal with, sizing is nowhere near what they advertised, emailed over 6 times now wanting an address to return the goods to as I want to exchange for the next size up and no one can answer that one simple question, would not ever use them again

Customer service Hanakuta clothes
Hanakuta clothing,
I have written 4 emails, to return clothes for larger sizes, no response, it’s driving me crazy. Anyone else have this issue. Clothes are ok, but email me about exchange please.
