Unfortunately my experience is the same as others here. Wish I read the reviews here before getting caught. 3 tops, all meant to be 95% cotton, all polyester. Trying to get my $108 back... will probably end up reporting to PayPal. Also, I wrote honest reviews on their site and they have not published them. Do not buy from this site.
Cheap and nasty and dont deliver
Beware this company advertises on FB under several different names. The clothes they show are not what they deliver. They also dont have them in stock and keep you waiting for months. I ordered 6 items receive 3, 2 of them went to charity shops. The linen dress was polyester and the shirt still hasn't arrived since mid December 2020. I have cancelled my order for the remaining 2 as I realised even if they did arrive it would be crap. They did refund my money for the items cancelled.
Cheap quality with no returns
Paid over $100 Australian for 2 "cotton blend" dresses but received cheap polyester garments. Offered $19 maximum refund. Stay away from this store!!!
Won’t accept return for ill fitting and cheap polyester garment. Not as advertised. Expensive. Don’t EVER use them. Offered $10 by Vididor as refund for $70 dress that can’t be used.
Spam! Terrible quality! Polyester made.
I received 4 various dresses from them. None of the items arrived as described. They advertise as cotton or linen and send you poor polyester. They use pictures of the beautiful garment of various boutique sellers ( such as Meg By design) and make cheap copies looking similar items. Deceiving and dishonest. It is not worth risking it.
Never Order From BLUEMORY.COM
I have waited 4 months and so far have only received 3 of 9 items all sent separately after months. Their link to an email is fake and there is only one email provided. I have sent 5 emails regarding inquiries and then a complaint and they have not responded once.
The 3rd item that arrived today was not what I ordered and the quality was shocking, I still can't believe it.
And this is my experience after paying for insurance on the order.

I have written 4 emails, to return clothes for larger sizes, no response, it’s driving me crazy. Anyone else have this issue. Clothes are ok, but email me about exchange please.
Losing its Loyal Customer base
I have been a long time Review fan and would hate to think how much I have actually spent over the years. This brand has one of the most dedicated fan bases around however things are slipping.
The brand recently released a “collectables” range, three dresses of which only 200 of each size were made. Like previous collectables they sold out almost immediately however once everyone started receiving their items disappointment has consumed many loyal fans. It was clear no quality control was preformed - dresses had holes, missing dye, fabric pul...ls, buttons falling off, pockets sewn shut and even some sections of dresses not sewn at all. These dresses cost $280 - imagine receiving a defected dress after paying so much. When attempting to seek repairs on faulty dresses we have been advised they will not repair, will only refund so for those that were desperate for the dresses are basically being told “too bad, if you want it that much repair it yourself at your own costs”. Quality overall is slipping - sizing is now inconsistent from one dress to another. Loyalty rewards have all but been abolished and “sales” are depressing. I, like many other loyal customers understand a brand has to be profitable in order to stay afloat but basically all they’ve done is get rid of sales, jack up the pricing and do nothing regarding the continuing issues with garments. $280 for a dress is a LOT of money for a subpar product, money now which will be spent elsewhere.
Buyers beware! Do not purchase from Queecy
Items not as described. Very cheap fabric & colours not matching picture. Company portrayed as being a reputable US company, however is clearly a cheap Chinese rip off. Terrible customer service . Offered a $7 refund for a $64 purchase . Never again! Very disappointed .
Criminals! Absolute rubbish product & not as advertised. Had to get Paypal to intervene to get a refund.
Purchased a hoodie from these clowns and when it arrived it was total junk. It had lose threads coming out everywhere and the stitching was all crooked; the zip didn't go all the way down; the pockets were sewn closed; and the material was wafer thin and felt crap (no label attached saying what it was but if it was cotton blend as advertised on their website then I'm a purple llama!). I Paid US$37.00 for something that was literally unwearable. I contacted them about this and they offered me a barely comprehensible reply saying that as they are...in China how about I keep it and they refund me US$3.00. Told them I don't want the thing, it's going in the bin if they don't want it back - no reply. Fortunately I paid with Paypal so they intervened through buyer protection. Don't trust these crooks, they sell you junk and then rely on the fact that you can't or won't return it to them. Seriously wish I'd read other reviews first and I'd have not gone near them - you shouldn't either.
Horribly Cheap and Ill Fitting

Besides being poorly manufactured with a cheap cloth that ripped the moment I pulled on the drawstrings. It surprises me that you can be in business.
You could be ashamed of yourselves for selling such poorly designed and made products.

I absolutely love that Review cater for all sizes. I hover between sizes but can always find something that looks beautiful.
As for the quality - I’ve had a cardigan for over 10 years that still looks brand new. I originally thought they were expensive but they truly last so now I have more colours!
The end of Review Clothing
As I write this review (and I have been mulling over whether to do this or not for the last six months'), I am a little sad as it marks the end of my relationship with Review clothing after being a huge fan and frequent customer for the last 14 years'. Review has dressed me through all my 20s and through to my mid 30s. Ten years' ago, the Review brand and its style and clothes married up with my style a lot (feminine, pretty, classic), but over the past 2 to 3 years' the style has become lazy (repeat designs from the past with only minor altera...tions), too basic and unfeminine bar a few exception pieces, not much range / new styles, prices going unreasonably higher and higher, savings and discounts/promotions going lower and lower, and management/customer service becoming more and more atrocious and impersonal. 10 years' ago, Forever New was only starting up and I was not much of a fan but now I have shifted completely over to this store, because their prices are half that of Review, the styles totally suit me, the service is friendly, the clothes are quality for the price, so feminine and pretty, and they have new styles dropping every week. Their loyalty program is not stingy like Review. I get $50 vouchers flowing through my account constantly and they don't expire in 1 month like Review. They are generous and reasonable - 3 months' use. They also always have 20% off promotions which helps, as well as UniDays discounts for those of us still studying at University (for me postgrad). Earlier in the year, I had an atrocious customer service experience with someone from their Melbourne head office. She was so rude I could not believe that she worked for Review - she even cut me off because she didn't want to talk to me anymore and I was being as polite as I could. I complained to the senior management and whilst I got a polite and prompt follow-up and apology, after a follow-up to reach out to senior management regarding another issue, the reception was impersonal and a little cold, and this person refused to submit to my request for a goodwill gesture which was not such a great ask or favour. Instead they asked me to not contact them in future and to go to the 'front of the line' - via standard customer service. Earlier when I had the situation with the rude agent, this senior manager had said I could approach her for any further issues in future, and so I did - well, this proves they make empty promises. I was very put off by this. I have been browsing the website each week and I have seen nothing that I want to buy for the last 3 months', even if I put the awful customer service aside. So today, I have decided to put my 'Review' budget (yes I set aside money each month just for Review) towards Forever New - no more Review. Review in one sentence to me = Lazy and unattractive styles, overpriced, stingy and inflexible loyalty program, poor customer service, poor management, ignorance of customer loyalty, slow to market, frugal discounts and promotions. I will also add that their sizes are vanity sizing. I am not 'thin' but I am fit maybe slim and the size 6s are like a garbage bag on me and I spend money on alterations every time. Forever New caters for 6s and 4s (AND PETITES!) and so I switch when needed. Also, Forever New size 6s are not vanity-sized and much more fitting than a Review size 6. To make your clothes one size larger than they are just to psychologically cheat your way into a customer's wardrobe is poor form. After I assessed this situation myself, I thought, why do I even bother spending time visiting the online and physical shops. I can't think of a single factor as to why I should stay. Nothing is left to reason, so off I go to Forever New.
unique and high quality
I always buy from Review! Their reward system is probably one of the incentives but i can’t get past their unique and interesting yet quality outfits. I had a boring denim dress from Katie’s but when i saw the Review one i knew i had to have it (the way it was cut and fit was so so flattering and no creases my Katie’s one crumpled like crazy). I’m a teacher and wear heaps of review clothing as the ones i bought don’t not need ironing, don’t crease during the day and are not see through plus the kids love the prints and always compliment me. I’m...always in a rush so literally can throw on a Review dress that i know i don’t need to iron before hand and layer up so it’s not transparent and wear one their cute cardigans on top for cool mornings. I do soooo wish they would have free shipping days for their website for orders under $100 i would buy more for sure as well as their outlet clothing available online.
Aussie brand that I adore
I can say I have never been a follower of a specific clothing brand before but totally adore this one. I like that pieces are all limited edition and that it’s an Australian company. I like that the pieces are different with the retro flair. I constantly receive compliments on my outfits and my wardrobe is fast becoming Review dominated ! Pricing is a bit steep at times but I wait for the spend and save sales or DFO outlet sales.
Love their clothing brand
Forget retail store shipping but buy online. The packages within a short turn around time and all items are in mint condition with packaging. I use the review app on my phone to buy when the sales are on. A must because it's quite expensive when not on sale. Excellent customer service and straight forward returns policy. Recommended shopping!
