Very unhappy. Will not recommend or return
I ordered 3 items from Vividor on 22.12.2020. Received an automated email confirming payment and purchase immediately. Then nothing. After waiting several weeks, I emailed the company direct to enquire. No response. So, I requested a refund through PayPal. Thank God I'd used that payment method and at least had some recourse. Only when PayPal contacted them, did they bother to respond to me. They forwarded a 'tracking' number that went nowhere. Backwards and forwards for a further 2 weeks between PayPal, the seller and I. They actually shipped ...the item AFTER PayPal contacted them, and I received it today. None of the dresses actually fit. They are all cut in a way that they gape horribly at the bust, and are then baggy everywhere else. Won't bother returning them, and can't wear them either. Absolutely appalling service, poor communication, and poor quality product. I wonder whether they would ever have shipped the items if PayPal hadn't gotten involved
