Can revitive be used by a person who has only one foot (other foot has been amputated)?

Hi Greg, Revitive Circulation Booster uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) so it does require two feet on the footpads in order to create an electrical circuit. Our devices come with body pads which you could apply to your ankle, calf, knee or thigh to apply the EMS to your leg. If you have any other questions please let us know. When would it be safe to use a revitive after a total hip replacement ?

Hi Trish, If your surgery was with in the last 6 monthis we recommend caution when applying stimulation because it could sometimes disrupt the healing process. A discussion with your doctor is encouraged as he/she would know your medical condition eg. surgical procedure, healing progress, complications, etc, and be in the best position to advise how early you can start using REVITIVE again. I've been using Revitive for about 6 months and it has definately decreased/elimated pain/discomfort in my legs. I'm going away from home for 3 weeks - how quickly will my symptoms return?? Hi Claire, We encourage daily use of Revitive. You may not notice too much of a change if only a few days are missed, but 3 weeks is quite a long time. If you can bring your device with you, that would be our recommendation.

Hi I lost/misplaced my charger so I purchased a genuine new one however when plugged in I’m getting nothing no light on it appears to be completely dead. Can this be fixed it’s about 3 years old. If it can what sort of cost? Or will it be cheaper to buy another. Not sure what the lifespan they have.

Can I use a 4 way splitter lead for the body pads, so I can do an area in one go rather than having to use it twice on each leg? As it’s taking me 2 hours just to do my leg from the knee up which is lengthy as well as annoying and if so, can I buy a splitter lead to do so?

Hi Angie, Unfortunately we do not have a solution that allows you to effectively deliver EMS to both knees at the same time. We do not sell a splitter and it is not recommended that you use any non-Revitive accessories.

I have a Revitive ISORocker. It only works if it is plugged in to the charger? What do you advise/suggest?

Hi Helen, Some of our models are not rechargeable and need to be plugged in to operate. We would need to know which model you have (the ISORocker is a feature of most of our models). If you flip over the device you will see a LOT number - if you can tell us this number we can confirm if yours is rechargeable or not.

Do you need a remote control to use the Revitive machine?

Hi Lynne, Most of our models can be controlled via the device itself. Depending on the model you have, toggling between EMS and TENS via the body pads may not be possible without a remote, but generally speaking the footplate therapy can be accessed using the buttons on the device.

Can I use an extension on my Revitive

Hi ken r. It is important that you ensure the original Revitive power cord is used, however if you need to add an extension cord to reach the power outlet, this is fine to do, provided the extension cord is in good/safe condition.

We do have some models that have a rechargeable battery if this is an issue for you.

My aged mother has stored her Revitive 1X with batteries left in the remote control that long that they have leaked and corroded the contacts beyond any use, can you supply a new remote control?

Hi John G, We no longer have the specific remote for this device, however one of our other remote controls will will work for most of the functions. The only thing it cannot do is control the body pads.

Darius - the short answer is 'it depends'. Comes down to the type of power cord that was used. If it was a higher voltage, it could have done damage to the internal board in the device. Best way to check is to give us a quick call and we can try to help. 07 5443 9767.

Does the equipment for the revitive booster, work on all revitive foot massagers

Hello. Not all items are the same. The charger is generally suitable for most models (with the exception of some very old units). The body pads themselves are suitable for all models that use body pads. The cords that connect the pads to the device can differ between the older and newer models. The thigh pads are only suitable for knee models.

The best thing to do is give us a call to discuss which items and which models and we can provide more specific answers.

Hello Matteo The first step would be to check if it may be a faulty power cord. If you have a stockist close by (eg. Harvey Norman or The Good Guys) you can take your device in and ask them to test it with a new power cord. If that fixes the problem, new cords can be purchased from our website or via the phone (please ensure you only use Revitive power cords as they are the correct voltage for the device - other cords may ruin the controller).

If that does not fix the issue call our Customer Service team and they can do some trouble shooting. This will determine if the device can be repaired.

Hi I have the 3156AD Model purchased in April 2020, it has stopped charging when plugged in it shows that the battery is full, but it shuts down with in 60sec after unplugging? Please advise how to fix this? Thanks Ron

MY revitive rocker works for me bjt when my wife puts her feet on it ,it doesnt work for her meaningtnere is no stimulation going in to her feet

Hi there Tony, Thank you for writing in with your question. The good news is that if you can feel the stimulation from Revitive on your feet, that means the device is working. Often times, dry skin can greatly decrease the stimulation.

Could you try a few things to enhance the stimulation for your wife: 1. Drink a big cup of water about 20-30min before the therapy session 2. Moisturise the soles of her feet just prior to using the device (ensure the moisturiser has fully absorbed into her skin) 3. Place her feet on the device and slowly increase the intensity until she feels the intensity.
