Rheem has awful customer service
Needed to replace existing hot water service as old one started to leak.
It was impossible to get any technical information from Rheem. Spent 3 hours on the phone and another 2 days waiting for an "Urgent callback"" from their service department (which never came).
Do not choose a Rheem system if you value customer service. It was extremely difficult to get some basic installation information, I would hate to think how bad it would be if there was ever a warranty issue or fault.
VERY bad customer service
I recently purchased the Rheem continuous as I have always been satisfied with Rheem products (Stellar unit). However since this unit has been installed I have had nothing but trouble. You turn hot water on and nothing happens can't have a shower, you have a hot shower and midway the water goes cold . Read the manual, which says an error code will appear- nope no code. On calling Rheem service, the technician came out and said nothing was wrong with the unit.Well he does not have a cold shower in the morning does he? Not happy and ready to throw the unit out!
