Hi Doreen,

Please do not stress about this. Right2Drive has a zero insurance excess which means you can drive our cars with peace of mind. Best thing to do would be to call the branch where you received the vehicle from. Or alternatively, if you would like, I can have our SA manager give you a call to talk you through what will happen next? If so, please email your contact details and any questions you may have to customercare@right2drive.com.au

Kind Regards, Josh

After another not at fault accident , I applied online with Right2Drive but have had no response after nearly four weeks.I received a reference number by return email so my application has gone through.Because I needed to get a rental car organised as soon as possible , I have gone through another company who have approved a car for me once my car goes into the panel beaters , very disappointed Right2Drive , I thought you were better than that.

Hi Andrew, I am so sorry to hear we didn't get in contact with you once you lodged an application. I would like to investigate why you never heard back from us. If you are able to send your contact details through to customercare@right2drive.com.au I will be able to look into the matter. Kind regards, Josh

Hi Duyen, Sorry to hear that. Right2Drive provide loan cars to people who are not at-fault in a car accident. Judging by your description we wouldn't be able to help you with an accident loan car. You could hire a car from us directly though if you like.
If you need any further assistance feel free to contact us at customercare@right2drive.com.au

Has anyone experienced renting a car from this company at not your fault accident when at fault driver admit that they are not insured ? Did you have to go to the court and did you not pay any rental fees ?
Thanks

Joshua B.Right2Drive

Hi Miki, yes we do provide rental cars to not at-fault drivers when the at-fault party does not have insurance. Typically we will limit the amount of hire days (this is done on a case by case basis). In regards to your question about attending court, we try wherever we can to avoid taking the at-fault party to court. Typically the at-fault will pay the bill because we have limited the hire period. If you have further questions please send your contact details to customercare@right2drive.com.au and our team will be in contact with you, or for more information please visit our website.

Kind Regards, Josh

Hi
I recently had an accident in a petrol station but no other car was involved.the car in front would not move instead drove towards me so I accidently hit a metal piece while trying to get out...
Would i be able to qualify in a situation like this?.

Hi Jim,

Seeing as though there was no other car involved in the accident, unfortunately it sounds like you would not qualify for an accident replacement car. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us on 1300 100 121.

Cheers, Josh
