I have called four times today and had two return calls "to see what I Wanted" and all I want to do is book a service Call! How hard is that?

Hi Russell, it may be that the turning off of the water has created an issue with the supply. Our technical help desk can run through some troubleshooting with you and can be contacted on 1300 555 545 option 3.

Hi Luke, thanks for the question, the Rinnai smartStart is designed to work in conjunction with the Rinnai range of hot water units. They are not tested or recommended for use with other brands,
