2 broken tvs multiple broken pots
We recently moved with this company and the service provided was terrible. We had 2 working tvs before the move and 0 when we arrived. The spilt cordial all through the kids Lego and broke a number of garden pots The only reimbursement we were offered was $300 for the lot. With have two small kids and in a rural town where we can't even go down the road to replace it our self. Very disappointing and would not recommend them. The staff on the phone were rude and pretty much told us tough luck

Not the same standard !
We used this company in the past and we had great experience. Unfortunately, this time they show no respect and consideration for our belongings. We found to many boxes with the sign "fragile" smashed and glasses broken. The worst part, our paintings who were removed in their blankets, are with broken glass , corners missing. I didn't noticed all those this in the first week. I took time to renovate the house and now, I got the "surprise" that they don't cover the damage, because I informed them to late. It is within a month and paintings are t...he last you put on the walls. However, shame that they are not anymore as good as they use to be. The people are doing the job are changing and are in rush to have the job done. I will never recommend them again! Just be careful, it is not the same service ! May consider someone else !

Total Ripoff!!! Overcharged $300. 4 hours to move us 4kms up the road and charged for 5!
On Monday 28 September, we were massively overcharged by Robina Removals by about $300. They charged us a whopping $745 to move items from our modest 2br unit only 4 kms down the road, taking a ridiculous 4 hours to do so. The two men were super sloooowwww and were constantly looking at their phones, including YouTube! Not only that we were slugged another hour on top of the 4 hours for the truck to get from the depot to our place which is only 15 minutes away. Total ripoff service, so buyer beware.
There are plenty of moving companies tha...t operate with integrity and don't try and price gouge their customers, choose one of them. We went on a recommendation and wish we hadn't. Were going to go with another removalist and should have stuck with that original plan. Maybe the guys we got on the day were tired or lazy or just didn't care? This is not how to operate a removalist business; hopefully the management will do the right thing by us. My partner has written a complaint email to management so I guess we will see what transpires. If they refuse to give us the refund we will be going to Consumer Affairs as we really cannot afford to be ripped off like this; got bills to pay and only so much to go around. I saw on their Google reviews they did the same thing to another customer. Perhaps just a few bad eggs in their crew, I hope management sorts this out, both for their reputation and for customers too.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING
There's no way I would ever use this company again..
Paid $500 and hardly anything got moved.
They helped them selfs to putting meat from my freezer into a storage container and leaving it to rot. I had flies & the worst smell ever left lingering through my house. So unprofessional. And the office lady had the worst attitude & wouldn't listen or care what i had to say. Wouldn't even give half a star

The Driver of The Truck Was Seriously ill Passed Out in The Truck, I Missed My Flight Due to 4 Hours
The worst move I ever had, they were four hours late the driver was in a seriously ill state there were two teenage children one worked very hard due to the bad management of Robina Removals hiring a seriously ill cancer survivor who was placed into hospital. The move was delayed 4 hours then slow to move out by the time the move ended it was after 8pm that night I missed my flight had to pay for a hotel and the removalist said it's not our fault they allowed a semi trailor full of furniture to be transported by a driver who was unfit to drive....I would warn anyone using them to not rely on the time they will turn up, they do not care they are late they do not care or offer any compensation. I am not picking on the driver, he was a very nice man I am upset with the bad management of owner who should be reported.
