This company does not provide good product support – I purchased these headphones just under a year ago. Last week they failed - the earpiece came off the headband in my hand. I contacted Roland's Warranty support outlining my issue. They immediately replied with a request for the purchase receipt. I provided it by return email and a week later have not heard from them. No replacement had been issued. There are no phone numbers on the site to follow them up.

Great sound, low price – I bought this model 10 months ago and I can recomend it widely. The sound is clear and rich. The price is low if you are looking for a good pair of hi-fi headphones. I have also a solo by Dr. Dree wich costs more than three times the price of the RH-5 and the only diference that I can hear is the bass level ( higher in the solo model) but the RH-5 sound is better overall. Price, comfortable, well-equalized sound, good response in all ranges Design, a little more bass level would be great.
