I've bought from Roof Rack Store Australia a couple of times before and I'm always impressed with their low prices and free shipping on orders over $100. This time was no different with the best price on a large Rhino Rack steel platform delivered for free in only two days.
Unfortunately the platform had taken a heavy hit during transport as sometimes happens in this new era of shopping online and it was too bent out of shape to use. I took some photos, emailed them and spoke on the phone and the guys shipped another one out to me the next day.
Needless to say I'll keep using these guys!

The Thule Racks arrived with no keys; these guys moved mountains to sort it out. No blame; just made it right. Then, it turned out one of the lock-barrels was a different key; again AJ and his staff went out of their way to sort it out. This, despite us being on opposite sides of the continent! Cannot recommend the company highly enough; 6 stars for customer service!
