Always impressed by the above and beyond level of communication from the team at the roof rack store. I received a price match response on a Sunday night then received the product next day. Following unboxing, a lock barrel was found to faulty from manufacturer. Justin actioned my email immediately and sent a replacement out with no fuss.

I had great customer service over the phone and in person. I got the Thule 934 bike carrier and was shown exactly how it works. It was unboxed for me so I could fit it in my car and I was given clear instruction about the tow ball and the adaptor plug. Straightforward. I also asked a number of questions about a roof rack installation and the owner was very helpful.

Great service and quick to get back to you regarding information. They also priced matched and item to. Delivery was quick and able to be tracked. Just great. Shame I didn't find this place sooner.
