Scam & fraud don't buy!!!
Bought 4 items, all were supposed to be 100% linen and web site identifies it as a UK business. Goods were shipped to me in Australia from a warehousing facility inside Australia. Of the 4 items...None were linen. All were cheap polyester blend rags. Trying to return for refund and they are insisting I return to China (even though they came from warehouse here in Australia)! Even threatened me with cost for return to China and customs/taxes in China. I have now opened case with PayPal and loads of evidence that they are crawling through right now. Amazed PayPal is still allowing them to use them as a payment platform. Don't buy anything from Roselinlin! Seriously !!!

Orders never delivered, prices much higher than in ads, refunds non existent, in china but say they are in usa, whole website is a scam, they got about aau$150 from me, wouldn't refund, wouldn't cancel, wouldn't anything, did not send items, they are just liars and thieves

These clothes are nothing like their fabulous photo's and lovely looking linen fabric.
In fact the fabric is anything but fabulous and its not linen. Its some sort of rayon, really cheap and nasty,
even the colour isn't the same.
Now lucky for me I always pay with PayPal.....
I contacted roselinlin and told them that their clothes were terrible and they just took me for a total idiot.
They did the usual scam tactic's with returns, refunds etc....but I didn't buy it.

Many Updates: wrong shirt, poor quality, you pay return to China
I have been exchanging emails with Roselinlin for weeks now, trying to get a refund. I ordered three items. One is not the shirt I ordered, the second is a pair of shoes with warped soles, and the third has a black stain on it.
Their return policy states, "Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction." Clearly my order had not been inspected.
First offer: "We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund...

Clothes are the worst quality I have ever seen!!! No resemblance to any of the images , they only sent half my order and I am putting it straight in the bin . Complete rubbish and scam!!! disgusting !!! Do Not BUY

This company is in China, however they don't make this known.
They charge U.S.A. dollars regardless of where you live.
I so wish I had read their reviews before I made the mistake of ordering three pieces of clothing.
The clothes are dreadful in quality, and you have to pay for the return postage (which is VERY expensive) even when they have made an error in the sizing!!
Six weeks ago I sent the three items back, Roselinlin are saying they haven't received my parcel, the postal service in China say they have tried to deliver but nobody is there...

Return a nightmare!!
Returning an item is the most difficult issue. The ruturn address is in China. You make the effort to return even though it cost $23.00 and 4 months later returned to you because it was sent back from their customs.
They offered me a 35% credit for clothes that do not fit!!!
The styles were cute, but fabric was not true linen and very poor quality! I would keep them if they fit.

Roselinlin - a SCAM operation
I ordered over 600% worth of clothing from this company last June. Supposed to be linen but when arrived the worst cotton synthetic mix ever and unwearable, pure rubbish. I immediately contacted them for a return address and after a long time got an address in China but they wanted me to take 30$ and alter the clothes myself !!! I returned all clothes to at a cost of 100 Euro. I Red flagged my concern with PayPal but they still paid them. The clothes came back to me as address given was not viable it couldnt be delivered! I again contacted Pay...Pal and all I got was automated response. I again contacted Roselinlin, offered 40$ I sent back the order to the address they gave me - same address - and guess what they cannot be delivered as address is not viable so no doubt they are on their way back to me. I am now almost 800 Euro out of pocket, and all because PayPal did not listen to my concerns and paid them without engaging further with me. ROSELINLIN IS A SCAM OPERATION - do not buy from them and do not expect support from PAYPAL as you will not get it. I did several searches on line and Guess What - it is noted as a SCAM company - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to loose your money as the clothes are pure rubbish of the cheapest quality and not linen as indicated on their site.
DISGUSTING I ordered 4 items in June supposedly 'linen' and the cost was over US 130.00....When i received the orders they were a 'nasty' synthetic and cotton blend. After much hassle they wanted me to accept a credit note, I rejected and demanded a return of the items and a full refund. They agreed and they sent me an email with the return address. The return package cost me another $30 postage They were returned to the company but they claimed they never received the return package after copious emails they still denied having received the...package. I continued to email them and they decided to return me $17.00.....Disgusting !!!!! which they claimed will take another 3 weeks for the refund to be sent to my account. If you have had a problem with such a company and paid by credit card ask the card co to refund you if you do not get anywhere directly. I sent (to John Lewis Partnership card) screen pics of the company's garment illustrations and pics of the actual items, plus close-ups of the poor quality stitching and a list of my contacts with Roselinlin. They refunded in full.
If everyone does this there will be some action against them from the banks, I am sure!
Notice how similar their 4 or 5 star reviews are on Trust Pilot. Read the one star reviews ...- I will not bother to repeat my own story, we have all had the same experience. Not just that the quality is not good, but that the clothes bear no resemblance at all to the pics. Sizes are ridiculous (giant in my case, for size small, other customers say much too small). I believe the same company is using other names and advertising widely online - similar adverts and reviews for NewChic and JustFashionNow.
Do Not Fall For The Roselinlin Scam!
Unfortunately, I saw the consistently bad reviews too late & ordered six items totalling US$250. Constant pestering was required in order to receive even one item then my order was shipped in a staggered fashion in four separate lots each taking greater than a month to arrive. The sixth item was never shipped at all! The quality of the clothing fabric & workmanship was appalling & they looked nothing like the web image. The fit was highly variable despite being of the same size. I suspect this companies refund & exchange policy flouts all kind ...of consumer laws. Communication from Roselinlin was poor (you just keep getting told it will be shipped in another 10-15 days) & in the end they just weren't even responding to my enquires regarding the whereabouts of the last item. Do not make the same mistake as I, do not buy from this company!

No question here - it is abundantly clear that the store and the items they peddle are crap. I suppose there is a question then (aside from buyer beware) and that is why this is allowed to continue. Thanks to everyone who posted and got stung. I'm not touching them with a 10 foot barge pole because of you and I appreciate that I'm benefiting from your loss.
Hi MsTee glad to help, I must say paying with PayPal may save me, fingers crossed ..... part of the process in opening a dispute with PayPal against Roselinlin who btw are SJ Fashion and probably run under a million different names, required me to forward a Police report which I thought would be a major process, but it was easy . Simply go on-line and fill out a cyber crime report which only takes about 10 minutes !. Hopefully you never have to ... take care out there and buyer beware

I wouldn't bother! It'll cost you more than the article is worth to ship it back ... thats assuming you can source the Chinese return address! If you're wanting to exchange you'll not likely get a replacement item. As much as it pains me to say it, its easier, less stressful & cheaper to accept you've been scammed!
No, do not let this company get away with false advertising. I put in a dispute with Paypal the only way I could retrieve their address in China. I have sent the goods back at a cost to myself. I have told PayPal not to advertise on their billing system. If more complained we could stop this lousy company from ripping off more customers.
