Go to another builder, don't waste your time or money with this mob. Life is too short to put yourself through this...
Nothing, they nearly wrecked my marriage due to the stress of trying to build with them - worst thing I ever did. get used to lies, that is if you ever get a call back from the snakey sales consultant.
Dissapointing service and limited product range.

Trust who can you trust, you cant trust this mob. Overcharge by 30% for extras but give no warranty for products supplied. Construction Manager is a liar. This company really needs to invest in their customer service and product training.

We are in construction at the moment (at lock up) and have had some major concerns regarding plumbing and workmanship on our home. Trying to get a call or email from the so called site supervisor is impossible. What ever happened to customer service and courtesy calls??? We would be happy with a phone call back and I don't mean the office girls leaving a voice message. It is really dissapointing to say the least. Hopefully we will end up with a beautiful home but we will have to drag Rossdale kicking and screaming to get things right. It shouldn't be this stressful and difficult.
Very helpful until building commenced

From the time we started our build we have had no hassels if there was any thing that we needed fixed with the build it was done. Sales consultant was perfect. Site Supervisor just a top guy.. The only thing I have to complain about is the guy that did the insulation.. He was rude.. But then again they cant get everything right. I would definetly with out a doubt recommend Rossdale to any one. We are that impressed with them that we are looking at doing investment housing with them.. A job well done guys

Do you not check that stone bench tops are cut to the correct dimensions for cook top. Have just found out mine was cut too big and the miake covered up with glue and metal strips. Now need new cooktop and the size that should fit can't, it falls through looks like it will be expensive to fix. Any ideas please Rossdale? I built with you because I believed you were a trustworthy company and I paid a lot of money to have a beautiful home Your motto is Trust is a Must I am now trusting you to help fix this problem after all one does.not look under cooktops when doing the inspection awaiting your reply in good faith Marjorie Smart

The slab is poured and the timber delivered 3 weeks later. The timber has been there for over a week. When is the frame likely to go up?

We have given the initial deposit for a land and home package for a Rossdale estate. Having read these reviews we have started getting a bit worried as its our first home. Has anyone ever had an experience with them with an estate?

Hi, from what I have heard from others, if you have a problem you seem to have continuous problems, they can't manage it. If it runs well at the beginning it is ok through the project. They just don't seem to have a culture that fixes problems.
