Don’t buy

published

The handle on the iron pushes your hands into the heating and steam controls adjusting them constantly.

After about a year, started randomly going into ‘you’ve left me on” mode and stops heating. Won’t reset until turned off and on.

Very disappointed.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $69.

Good Quality for the Price

published

We've had this iron now for about 6 months. We are very pleased with the quality of the build (it is on the heavy side though) and its functionallity. The dial can be a little confussing to start with, but once you've worked that out, it's a breeze to use and the steam functions are well above what we expected for the price. We'd recommend this to anyone wanting a good, well functioning iron at a fair price.

Purchased at Big W.

Anchor for a Canoe

Leaks water, sole plate needs regular cleaning due to build up and sticks to fabric. Hope to get a refund. Nothing good to say about this iron. Regret buying product, persisted with it but I'm so frustrated with it as are other family members that I'm looking for a replacement.

Purchased in at Big W Retail Stores for $69.

Worst steam iron I have ever owned

published

I can't name on good feature. The worst one is that when your hand is on the hand piece it hits the steam and heat buttons and changes the settings.

Worst iron ever

published

This iron is so frustrating. No steam comes out until you jiggle the iron or twist the steam button. If it’s anything cooler than cotton it will drip water even on the minimum steam setting, yet it’s still in the steam section of the dial hmmm. Shot of steam is good, no actually it’s awesome but that’s where it stops. Non stick plate is sticky, seems to not heat up every now and then. You jiggle the temp control a few times in on she comes. Has auto off which is a good feature. I like my old Phillips iron and think I will go with that brand again, sooner rather than later.

Great Iron

published

Works Like a Charm, A little pricey but so happy with it and have no hesitation in writing this review as there are many many other irons out there and I guess if you are not careful you could spend some serious money replacing your iron every three years or so.

Toss it in the bin or get your money back. Mine leaked from everywhere as of day 1. Purchased a Sunbeam and haven’t looked back.
