Agree with all prior reviews but I’ve found a remedy
Having purchased a new off-road caravan (well known top end of market, made in Queensland van) in October 2019, I have had all of the problems previously outlined. I too emailed the supplier, CAMEC, and got no response, I also contacted the van manufacturer who has also failed to respond. Ultimately we need a TV that works on 12 volt, which this van does well, but, when you want to use the smart tv component when in town it is pretty terrible. While staying in Townsville ‘Magic TV repairs’ came to our van and plugged in a ‘GOOGLE Chromecast wit...h Google TV’ into the HDMI plug at the bottom of this TV and as long as you have a Google account, this tv now works beautifully!!! SBS on demand, Netflix, STAN etc very easy to use with source being HDMI. The Chromecast unit cost me $260 including installation and education.
Purchased in October 2019.
Not a reliable TV, we have had trouble with ours from day 1.
Not a reliable TV, we have had trouble with ours from day 1, works sometimes and doesn’t work others, have to carry two TVs for the times it decides it won’t turn on. Took it back and they said no problem works like a charm, took it home and it worked for a few weeks and then stops. Put it away and next time you hook up it works and then stops. Useless. Will never buy another and definitely would not recommend.

Customer service not existing

Not good enough and still waiting for their reply
Purchased in November 2019 for $760.00.
Great picture, clear sound. Very easy to use. Very surprised by quality. Only headache was the remote didn’t work for 2 days and we couldn’t watch the tv without it.
Purchased in March 2019 at Harvey Norman.
Rubbish product overall
Agree with earlier review 100%. Very good picture although the sound quality from the speakers is poor for this price point but the problems really start with the (not so) SMART TV functions. Slow to load, clunky to operate, must have a mouse and frustrating remote control that only does half the job. Camec are not at all responsive and have no interest in helping. This TV needs a serious OS update.
Purchased in July 2017 for $750.00.
A terrible smart tv
Picture quality is pretty good But that is where it stops!
You will need to connect a mouse to really navigate around in the apps etc the remote is useless.
Camec put out a firmware update because Netflix didn’t work, well now it’s all New Zealand based apps and web short cuts!
Camec seems to ignore my online queries
I really wasted $750.00
Purchased in February 2019 for $750.00.
RV Media 32" TV
I usually wait for the second of third wave of a product, and should have in this case. The TV is a low end smart TV and you have to also by google cromecast to get your casting to work. It is extremely difficult to setup Netflix and Stan at home as there little information on setting up a mouse to get it to work. In fact one of the worst manuals ever. I phoned Camec and found out some information which may help, for a $600 32 inch TV they need to get their product and support sorted.
