It is not appropriate to use this product for big jobs around the house, eg concrete. But for any handy jobs around the house it works perfectly! We have used it so much.

Mine is the hammer version of this drill
My purchase of this drill replaced the equivalent One+ Cordless Hammer Drill which had to be 20 years old and had done a lot of work, but the trigger had become a bit unpredictable. The new one lasted... an HOUR before the 1-2 speed switch on top became stuck in 2 (luckily that was the speed I needed most). So I took it back to Bunnings the same day (hour and a half round trip on a day where I could barely afford the time) and got a replacement without question. The speed switch on the new one is still very difficult to use (often won't engage ...unless you manually spin the chuck a little), but it hasn't become stuck again, yet. Like many others, I don't find the eClutch very good and I can't say that the brushless model provides any more battery life than my 20 year old one did on the same big (Li-on) battery I already had. One of the two stars above is attributed to the fact that thanks to the compatibility of the One+ system, I didn't need to buy a new battery. Overall however, a significant reduction in quality over the model it replaced.
Dont like using it
I have a normal 18V Ryobi drill that i have no complaints but bought this Brushless and feel the trigger is a bit hit and miss and just a bit hard to control. It has take a lot of time to get used to fine control when drilling and screwing. Bit annoyed with the price of batteries. Its a bit like ink jet printers nearly worth buying a new drill to get a spare battery. I bought a new printer with included ink for about the cost of replacement ink cartridges.

Good all-rounder (UPDATED)
UPDATE: my original review of this was that the e-torque clutch and low-speed control worked poorly. Just recently the drill started intermittently failing, would stop and start more or less randomly; I returned it just within the 2 year warranty but the only unit the store had in stock was the brushless mechanical clutch hammer drill kit R18PD7. The speed control on the replacement works MUCH better than the old drill ever did - it starts at a nice slow speed even under load. I guess the old one was partly faulty from day one.
