Great value for money.

Had mine for a few years and no problems at all so far. The head is super easy to install new line into without having to take it apart and it always starts easy. Decent on fuel as well for a two stroke. Given it's not a lot more than homelight brand you would be mad to buy a cheaper unit over this.

The head on these things is useless uses line spits it out wastes it, hard to reload the line, then it just flys out and chops it up, the other head just breaks line all the time , absolutely heap of garbage do not buy this. Not weighted well hard as to edge trim have to hold vertical if you don’t want stuff flying in your face and you have the strength, the head on this thing is absolutely garbage spits out line and wastes whole rolls of it at a lot of $, the motor is good, just the heads are that badly designed and so cheaply made, it’s so they can sell replacements and line to you as extra profits. I had a$100 cheapie that lasted me ten years and when that died I was convinced to up grade to the $329 Ryobi , thought I was paying more of quality, I would have my cheap one anyway over this garbage. Absolutely nightmare of a produce

Fantastic Japanese machinery

This is one great trimmer. Starts first pull, has plenty of power and great fuel economy. It's well balanced and great for edging. And for the price, I am stoked with this purchase.
