A Great safe carseat
It did take a bit of fiddling to install but once done it has been great to use. Our now 1 year old is very comfortable, with the bottle holder being extremely handy. The belt clips can be a little difficult to use when you are in a hurry though.

Great seat, terrible material
The seat itself is fantastic, although the material is terrible and snags and picks very easily. Don't be fooled by 5yr warranty - Britax refused to fix it, and blamed me for the problem with the material, telling me it must be my jewellery (which I don't wear!). I also have the older model (3yrs old) and the material is so much better. I wish they had left the material as it was

Analysed and voted against Maxi Guard PRO but ended up buying its peer Millennia SICT
This car sear is all that you can ask for. We had compared it and our purchase was almost final but we came across Britax Safe n Sound Millenia SICT.
Maxi Guard PRO car sear is better in all terms as compared to its peer Millennia SICT except that Maxi Guard PRO is a forward facing car seat. There is no way your 6 month old bub will sit in a forward facing car seat starting their 6th or even 7th month. The bub is just stabilizing their senses and I feel it is too dangerous for the bub to sit in a forward facing car seat at least before 1- 1....
Read more5 years of age (may be more). The best part is the age group and most of the people that have bought give good reviews about it. It also gives certain seating positions but I did heard a lot of parents complaining that their bub throws their neck while sleeping. We though that would be dangerous to even a 2 - 2.5 year old and unfortunately, we decided against it and bought its peer over it. Yes, the peer is upto 4 years of age unlike Maxi Guard PRO but that is the cost we are willing to bear in order to see our bub safe and sound. It would be worthy to note that we were upgrading from Maxi Cosi and our bub was 5 months when he was a bit uncomfortable in the maxi cosi capsule. However, the padding seems much better in the Millennia and we cannot be more happier.

Good for 3 across in small cars.
After being in a severe accident a few weeks ago I needed to replace all three of my car seats and began doing a lot of research regarding safety, size, comfort, longevity and ease of use. These are extremely expensive seats but after looking at several others I kept going back to these due to them ticking every box. Read moreld their little heads in a good position (their heads don't flop when asleep which is awesome) and I feel much better seeing them encased in such a safe cocoon. Being forward facing I am of course concerned about front impacts and just how well these seats will hold their little heads but you can only go on two things; Safe-n-Sound have been around for decades and they know their products. I felt safe knowing they wouldn't release a product that would potentially harm or kill a child. The material on these seats is soft and comfortable and very well padded. Putting them in was relatively straight forward and after watching their YouTube video it was made easier. I have been able to fit three car seats across and even though it's tight they are all safe and sound and no one seems distressed or uncomfortable. The only small issue I've found is that if you have three across you will find you can't use the cup holders. This isn't a big issue but a disappointing one plus a small child can't reach them anyway. All in all I think they are fantastic and hope they not only protect as well as they suggest but hope they last until my children are a lot older. Going by the quality I'm sure they will. **** EDIT **** After owning these car seats for approximately two weeks now, I can add that I have found significant head drop for my two youngest who are both 1 year old. When asleep, their little heads fall forward and are not supported at all. I have the seats on the recline position and are as far back as possible but it seems these seats aren't suited for little ones and maybe more suited for older children. This is of great concern due to accidents and what may happen (internal decapitation) since their little heads are unsupported and just too far forward to support them. These seats need a recline that goes even further back, otherwise stick to a rear facing seat until the children are older purely for safety reasons and your own piece of mind. Unfortunately, after spending nearly $1600 on three seats I cannot afford to replace mine but would if given a chance. I don't recommend these for babies under 2 years old.1 comment

I’ve installed my seat using the manual provided and checking multiple you tube videos.
However the seat still feels very loose when I shake it in comparison to my isofix chair I had before.
Should you be able to shake the seat when you push it from side to side? It just feels less secure and I’m not sure if something is wrong or not
