Sleep tracking doesn't work
Some nights it seems to work...albeit with very fkaky data that can't be correct. Other mornings i wake up, check my phone and it asks "were you asleep?". Then it shows a solid blue block of sleep....no light, no REM, no deep. I expected more from a Samsung product. Ive tried rebooting, updating, tightening the strap, loosening the strap... nothing works.

Died just at the 2 year mark.
I had it for 2 years. It recently died on me for no reason. It was working in the morning then i got a blank screen just before noon. Cant get it to work again. Does not respond when i put in charger or push any bottons. I left it for a week to completely drain the battery. Charged it and still not working. After reading other reviews, this watch model seems to break a lot and i was lucky to get 2 years out of it. Stay away from it if you want something that will last.

Short Life Span and Poor Customer Care
Purchased this watch over a year ago from JB HIFI Chermside. Following a year of usage - I had frequent blank screens but I was able to turn it on again until it gave up a month ago. This was still under 2 years warranty period.
I sent it for repair through JBHIFI- But received an email back from Samsung Care stating that there was a physical damage to the screen. There was no physical damage to my watch. The photos that I received for the damage was not the condition my watch was in when I submitted it for repair. I was quoted $310 for repair...of the screen. I sent a response back stating my watch did not have physical damage but I had no response back and instead got a call saying my watch was ready for collection. When I went to collect my watch there was no physical damage to the watch other than the mark from Samsung Care trying to open the watch. Spent over 40 mins waiting for JB HI FI guys (had to go through three different people) taking photos of the watch from different angles to match it to the photos that I received to conclude that the photos sent by Samsung Care did not match. The watch has been sent back for review again. I am now waiting to have issues with my S10 so I could completely switch from Samsung.

I really loved the watch in the first 10 months, but it spiraled down hill thereafter.
Now at the 12 month mark, I regularly get a blank screen, and after trying to restart it sends out an emergency message. If I leave it alone, the screen comes back after an hour. Heart rate monitor sometimes just freeze itself while I go for a run. It just stops randomly, let say at 130, doesn't matter that I run, walk or rest then I had to restart the watch again.
This is not the Samsung products that I used to love. Sooooooooooooo disappointed.

Battery life is disappointing
Bought at a bargain in Germany last year. Battery is underperforming with only 1 day per charge. The apps are quite cliche and nothing special. Doesn't feel as premium as I thought it would be - especially with limited watch interfaces to choose from

I really love the Samsung galaxy smart watch, it is connected to my fone, i can make calls and send vocal text messages with it, has lost of other features

Great Watch with built in Samsung health
I got this watch as a redemption from from Samsung via Optus purchase.
First time I ever got a watch and I was not used to it. It is very light weight and has a lot of features.
Comes with many customization options.
Definitely recommend it.

I really love this watch
I bought this watch to replace my Fitbit Versa which I dropped and cracked the screen. I mainly used my Fitbit as a watch because I felt the features to be lacking. I was just going to buy another Fitbit Versa but I decided to get the Galaxy Active and I do not regret it.
The watch is comfy to wear all day everyday. I even wear it to bed to track my sleep and I forget its there. The screen on this device is amazing, its easy to touch the icons without fat fingers touching other things and it displays items that are very easy to read even on t...he go. I have been tracking my health items more actively using the Samsung Health app and it has given important insights. My only gripe is that the blood pressure app doesn't work on an S10e. I hope this changes soon as I was extremely disappointed to find this out. Overall, I wouldn't go back to Fitbit

Died 3 months after use, "military grade protection" - another false ad by Samsung
Bought as replacement for my sport watch from Garmin, was advertised by Samsung as military grade device water resistant to 50m. 3months later could not start it so took to Samsung kiosk in Chadstone shopping centre. The guy who claimed to be the manager representing Samsung Australia failed to turn it on either and spent 40 min with magnifying glass under strong light trying to find any traces of external physical damage to the watch. Hey Samsung AU if it is a military grade watch it should only die if it gets hole from a bullet in the centre ...of the watch! So he failed both: to start the watch and to find any damage not even a single scratch, so he declared Samsung would exchange for major fault only within first 28d since purchase! Wrong, per AU Consumer Law within warranty period which is 1y for this watch any major fault (which is definitely the case when you cant turn on the watch) entitles the customer to refund or REPLACEMENT. So were told: repairs only, obviously we rejected it and applied to VCAT. Was contacted by Samsung rep to dismiss my case offering to pick up the watch and send for investigation + 90$ compensation for VCAT fee but not even 100$ compensation for their staff at Chadstone not familiar with the Consumer Law in AU (Samsung did not even try to contact their personnel at Chadstone to train them). What investigation do you need to do after 40min spent by your staff examining the watch with magnifying glass under strong light? Samsung rep said we need to check for internal water damage. It is water resistant to 50m "military grade" sport watch are you claiming I used it for deep diving competition? Pathetic, want robust tough sport watch and proper Customer Service buy it from Garmin not Samsung!

Perfect for a lady. Too small of a dial for men as a watch
Easy to use interface and very user-friendly. Wife loves it. Claims of a Blood pressure monitor but got to have a Samsung Galaxy for it. Wasn't able to do it in her Vivo and my Nokia. Very lightweight and barely feels like its there. Great that it has wireless charging, all you got to do is take it close to the pad and the pad just clings on to it magnetically. So its safe storage + Charging.
Highly recommend this watch.

I had the Garmin Vivo HR which was a hybrid watch. This watch was good to look at but the display was low lit so difficult to see at times. The Samsung I feel is better than this as the watch faces can be changed. The watch is more interactive and the display is vivid. It actual looks better on the wrist than the Garmin.

There are better products on the market
Face is small which will work for some. Battery will struggle to see out a day, apps do not display well and the face is difficult to navigate. Activity tracking is decent.
A few months on and the watch is even more disappointing.
Battery just does not last when you use the features.
