I bought this TV in mid-October2020.
Terrible Backlight bleed occurred about 3 months later.
I contacted Samsung Support first. I followed their instructions for about 2 hours, but it was no improvement.
The staff who responded explained that if there is a fault with the product, it will be eligible for a refund.
A week later, a technician arranged by Samsung came and certified that there was a product failure. He returned without repair.
Later, there are complicated and miss communication caused all situations, each representative of support...centre staffs, not enough training. They gave me wrong information and also they did not keep promise contact time and date. After that, there was no reply from them. I could not help contacting from my side. Then the case manager called me back that day. She said, " This case is only for repair and cannot be returned or refunded." In the end, she hanged up without my permission. And also CEO Representative contacted me then he stated repeatedly same things. The problem was not resolved.
Purchased in October 2020 at The Good Guys for $1,638.00.
