Poor quality -- poor customer service
I bought a Q80R, but the ARC-HDMI connection would not work. After four remote connections by Level 1 and Level 2 Samsung customer service staff, they confirmed the TV (with One Connect box) was set up correctly, and they -- like me -- could get the sound bar working via ARC. However, it would not work after the system was stopped then re-started.
Next, I was sent to a service centre some distance away. Now two weeks later, I called them as they had not contacted me to tell me the main board needed replacing. They contacted Samsung spare parts...
