We purchase 2 Frame TVs in 2018 and have been really happy until 3 years later when the picture sometime is good then fades to black with colourful lines. I’ve had Sumsung TV’s that last 10 years + but now disappointed in the brand with only 3 years use.

Quality of picture is okay but the product overall is a winner
We are really happy with this purchase. Whilst the quality of picture could be better for sport, the product itself looks great and serves its purpose for our main use.

It’s a dream TV to be honest. It was so easy to set up (considering I’m not very tech savvy)and well, it does far more than what I was even buying it for in the first place! The longer I’ve had it the more I find I can do, resulting in me being chuffed with my purchase, yay!

There is just something about when the low profile picture frame on the wall above the fireplace turns into a TV, and then turns back into an artwork with the push of a button, that is brilliant.
Separating the box - with all the connection and reception equipment - from the screen, was a simple but genius design idea.
An amazing picture - despite ours being QLED rather than the later Neo QLED. The colours perhaps slightly washed out when viewed from a sharp angle. The operating system is simple, easy to use and easy to sign up to all the usual...

I bought this TV for it's very obvious key feature - that it displays as art when it is on art mode. I even bought a bezel frame so it looks like a painting. However, the ambient mode now keeps interrupting art mode and the art disappears after a minute. I don't want ambient mode. Ambient mode doesn't have the option to display a piece of art and uses alot more energy - 30% more I am told. I have also spent money on a Frame Store Subscription which is useless. I have another Samsung Art Tv that does not have this problem. I contact customer ser...
Read morevice who said Ambient mode is a new feature of the TVs and that they would pass on the 'feedback', however this is not feedback. This is a major bug with the TV as I am not able to disable ambient mode and the TV does not do what it is meant to do. Samsung - what are you going to do to fix this issue? I have tried everything.Purchased in February 2021 at Bing Lee for $1,800.

We purchased a 40"and 65"which are mounted reasonable close to each other.
The TV quality is OK, much like any other LCD TV. The side viewing angles are not great.
They look good on our white walls with a white frame.
Art looks like a glass backlit image rather than a painting.
Controlling the TV's is a huge pain, as you cannot link a remote to a specific TV. Because ours are close to each other, one remote ends up controlling both TVs at once. A real pain.
The software is flakey. For example, right at this moment I cannot get out of netflix us...

I bought the Samsung The Frame TV (65”) nearly two months ago and I love it. The primary reason I bought this TV was for its aesthetic, a TV that can be wall mounted and look like a picture frame (it has certainly fooled several guests). I only have the original black frames which I am happy with. As a picture frame it looks amazing and blends beautifully in the living room. But to be honest, I have only used this on occasion when I have guests. I am conscious of the energy use if I leave the picture on 24 hours a day, though there is an automa...
Read moretic sensor that can switch off the TV when there isn’t anyone in the room. Loading personal pictures is not straightforward using my Samsung phone. As a TV I have no complaints. Picture quality and sound is great. There are plenty of smart features, including dedicated Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons, but it would’ve been much better if these buttons can be customised. One issue I have faced is pairing my wireless headphone to the TV, it is a bit clunky. If I have any new updates in 1 year or 3 years time, I will do so here. Fantastic and beautiful TV.Purchased in November 2020 at Harvey Norman.

Fantastic picture quality and function, but not perfect concept
We love the TV. Easily the best picture quality of any TV we have had. The software and functionality is very thoughtful and easy to use. One down side is the ser up with the one connect our aerial connection was designed to be behind the TV, which means we have to now run it down to the box, so 2 cords are sticking out of the tv, rather than having no cords with our previous model. The tv also needs to be too low on the wall for easy couch viewing to really be like a picture frame which should be ar eye level standing up. Great artwork options though.

It's our first time to own Smart TV so we were impressed with the apps and connectivity to our phone. We had trouble adding our speaker to the one connect box using HDMI as it wont recognise but this issue got resolved by using ANC which we purchased separately. The picture is clear and crisp which we like. We also love the one connect box which has enough ports and makes the cables hidden. Great piece of TV for the idle art work!

Thank you for the review, Mel! We hope you are loving your new Samsung The Frame TV! It's a great purchase :)
