Flower bunch you receive is not the same as website photo it’s actually smallerI buy flowers a lot and I was not happy with the flowers my friend received. The bunch was a lot smaller than on the website. After paying $139.95 for flowers you would expect to get the same size as the website photo has listed. I could have brought 4 large bunches at the supermarket for the price of this small bouquet… After delivery costs and a card to go with the flowers my order was $164.85 way over priced considering the small bunch of flowers my friend got..I do not and will not recommend Sarah’s flowers and I definitely won’t be using again. DissapointedOrdered roses to be dropped at my wife’s work on Valentine’s Day.
When she got home, I asked if she had received them- she said no. I sent an enquire email to Sarah’s Flowers- they responded that the flowers were dropped off at my wife’s work at 5:30pm
Absolutely ridiculous, I was better off buying flowers myself. I have asked for a full refund- they instead offered to refund me the $19 deliver fee.

Wasn't impressedOrdering and delivery was great but flowers I order wasn't so great as seen in pictures and I rang customer service and try explaining why I wasnt impressed with it and asked for a refund and return the flower as I could walk into Coles or Woolies get something that already blossom. $70 for this and it quite lot of money for myself to spent... There was no "urgency" on the order.
Only stipulated delivery after 10am and before 1pm. Consequently, I received a message that delivery was completed at 8.50am when the location was not even open.
So angry at this entire process.
I would not recommend this service at all.
Don't be fooled into using a NON LOCAL service. Check Google for your local area and not use an international waste of money. Show details
Fruit deliveryVery Expensive. Fruit was good quality but minimal amount was supplied. 1 box, 2 apples, 2 kiwi fruit, 2 passionfruit, 1 orange, 1 mandarine, 1 pear, 2 bananas small bunch grapes, 9 strawberries - $119 + $20 delivery!
I Ordered online. It was not delivered on time, so patient was discharged before the gift arrived. I was forced to deliver the gift myself, yet was still charged for the delivery. I will not use this company again. Show details

Totally Crap can I give 1/2 a starI ordered and paid by 10am for a same day delivery that never happened.
No communication that they weren’t delivered and only when I followed up the next day was it confirmed that they weren’t delivered.
No offer of any compensation or that they would deliver them ASAP.
Only because I insisted that they were delivered did it happen.
Still waiting for my refund for a delivery that didn’t happen when I paid for it to happen.
Strongly urge you not to use this company!

HeartbreakingMy husband spent $190 on a native bouquet as a surprise for my 50th birthday. When delivered the flowers were underwhelming. When my husband saw them, they were nowhere near that described on the website, with some flowers dead and clearly overall not fresh with most of the bouquet dead within 3 days. Photos were sent to Sarah’s and a partial refund of $70 was offered. To me this is disgusting. A full refund or a replacement should have been sent. It really had a negative impact on my birthday and my husband felt heartbroken to have had such terrible flowers delivered for such a price in the current economic environment. We will never use this company again and do not recommend in Adelaide. Show details
Birthday flowersI ordered colourfully box to make my wife's day colour and special, but got delivered with only 1 colour flowers. This so bad from a well known florist. I have used them before but this is my worse experience. You guys have spoiled our day. Look at the pictures and see for yourself. They don't deliver what's on advertisement. Atleast get close to what you advertise and make it colourful.
Unreliable & pathetic - shouldn't even be 1 starOn the 13th Nov ( 3 days before required ) I'd ordered and paid for 14 Chrysanthemum disbuds for my daughters birthday on the 16th Nov. My daughter lives with her mother in Corrimal.
Whilst asleep at 8.05 had a missed call followed by a text msg advising me of a shortage of the White Chrysanthemums. On waking I message back saying any colour is fine just needs to be 14.
I received another message stating they only had " Very Few Disbuds in Today" and for me to call.
I called to be told they had 3!!!!
My immediate reply in a very cranky voice... Read more was that these were ordered 3 DAYS ago so as to be ready for today. She asked if I'd like a different arrangement, to which I replied quite angrily that these were the birth flower of my daughter and had to be these. I'm now left having to source and arrange my daughters birthday flowers elsewhere which given the time of day will NOT be today being her birthday. I continued to direct for my order to be cancelled and that my payment of $192.45 be refunded NOW and that she tell her boss I'll be providing this review to acknowledge the incompetence of Sarahs Flowers. To those who have received good service from Sarahs Flowers Congratulations for the miracle!!!! I and sadly my daughter were screwed over in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS - do I recommend Sarahs Flowers : NO CHANCE - NEVER - NADDAH
Never again!After ordering a floral delivery for my Mother's Birthday , the delivery driver contacted her at 7pm , but she had gone out . Arranged to have them redelivered , still hadn't arrived , the next day!! Lots of apologies etc , but still no flowers! The delivery message was sent to me as being complete . I did however receive a prompt refund but that doesn't make up for the disappointment.

No delivery. Poor communicationBlamed me for the first failed delivery maintaining I gave the wrong address. Not the wrong address. Told me I would be charged another delivery fee. Also botched the second delivery after not bothering to use the intercom. Eventually refunded the flower cost but not the delivery component. They are supposed to be in the business of flower delivery but could not find a way to complete my delivery. Did not return my daughter’s calls or emails intended to spoon feed their delivery person.Will never use them again. Show details
