Not as advertised

Misleading image from supplier. A very messy arrangement with little care taken with presentation - looks like it was thrown together at the last minute. There was no centre piece, and it was mostly foliage, which is the cheapest to use. Considering we spent quite a lot of money on this, it was very disappointing. Show details

Disappointed

I have contacted a couple of times today regarding a very special order, and although the lady sounded courteous and caring , i have heard nothing back about the late delivery that then needed to be changed to a residential address that then still hasnt been delivered.
I m usually very understanding but it's so hard to understand with how much paid for same day service , I'm not sure why it was not delivered * guaranteed before 5pm .
A very special women that doesn't get many surprises now misses out .
I don't know what else to say but I'm a lot disappointed and I'm sorry for using this service Show details

Terrible service

Flowers delivered to wrong address and left out in open after hours, found next day on steps ,not even a call !!
Fancy web site but crap service, I’ll use reputable professional business in future

Terrible service

Ordered a flowers for mother’s day to be delivered overnight and they never arrived, tried calling them multiple times to rectify this and they offered to send new batch of flowers and again it never arrived. Never using this service again.

Would pick any other florist over this one

Canberra delivery. I've received three lots of flowers from this shop as gifts, and I'm having a hard time appreciating them—they are some of the worst bouquet arrangements I've seen. Not only that, but all were left upside down at my door, and the flowers themselves were the saddest ever. They had missing petals, some were not fully grown, and others, not even in season, were covered in sap and sticky. They were also poorly wrapped in heaps of plastic. As some were coming out of the plastic, I needed to take them to the bathtub to stop water from falling on the carpet. It feels like a complete waste, and I hate to think how much my partner has spent here. Show details

Terrible service and terrible product

I normally don’t write reviews but I have never been so disappointed before.
I called at 9am and asked whether they deliver same day. They said yes - which is also stated on their website. I ordered flowers and paid $125. I picked the pastel pinks as shown in the photo.
Come 6pm, and the flowers were not delivered. When I called the next day, they couldn’t not tell me the reason but did try to help and gave me a refund on the delivery cost of $25.
The flowers were delivered the next day. I have posted a photo of the flowers - I think the photo says it all. Not what I ordered. Not valued at $100. Do not waste your money here.

Worst experience

Absolutely terrible,
Ordered flowers for my mum’s 60th, these are not worth the $140. When I received them, I thought “is that all”, a pissy bunch of flowers worth $10-$15 and full of water. They had the audacity to tell me on the day of delivery “no candles” (I ordered an Ecoya candle with them) and they ended up sending a box of chocolates worth maybe $3-5 from the Reject Shop. I got my money back and NEVER again will I use this business. Do not recommend. Show details

Very appualing service!

Very disappointed service where my flowers were left for more than 24 hours outside in the heat and humidity in a section of the front property that was not checked. No accountability on their end in fixing this service. Provided photos of the flowers and requested more. Not professional and would never recommend to anyone. Show details

Bad service

Ordered flowers for my sister’s 60th and it arrived after she left worked. So disappointed. Will never order from them again as they can not give an estimate delivery time for the morning or afternoon. Terrible service!!!!!!! Show details

Flower bunch you receive is not the same as website photo it’s actually smaller

I buy flowers a lot and I was not happy with the flowers my friend received. The bunch was a lot smaller than on the website. After paying $139.95 for flowers you would expect to get the same size as the website photo has listed. I could have brought 4 large bunches at the supermarket for the price of this small bouquet… After delivery costs and a card to go with the flowers my order was $164.85 way over priced considering the small bunch of flowers my friend got..I do not and will not recommend Sarah’s flowers and I definitely won’t be using again. Show details

Delivery totally stuffed up. Stay away

The delivery was totally stuffed up. Rang to find the recipient of the flowers even to get her to come out to collect them and the driver never had them. What a [Content Removed] show. Bad experience. So not use stay away Show details

Dissapointed

Ordered roses to be dropped at my wife’s work on Valentine’s Day.

When she got home, I asked if she had received them- she said no. I sent an enquire email to Sarah’s Flowers- they responded that the flowers were dropped off at my wife’s work at 5:30pm

Absolutely ridiculous, I was better off buying flowers myself. I have asked for a full refund- they instead offered to refund me the $19 deliver fee.
Complete waste of time- no accountability- will never use Sarah’s Flowers again. Show details

Wasn't impressed

Ordering and delivery was great but flowers I order wasn't so great as seen in pictures and I rang customer service and try explaining why I wasnt impressed with it and asked for a refund and return the flower as I could walk into Coles or Woolies get something that already blossom. $70 for this and it quite lot of money for myself to spent... Wouldn't recommend them Show details
