It was the worst one.
I used it only twice and it didn't work after 1 week. Supplier ask us to post it their address and after that the supplier doesn't respond to us for warranty.
Purchased in June 2020 for $110.00.
Worked for a while, but have had 3 break with the same fault.
Purchased my first SAS straightener in 2017 after owning more expensive brands. Purchased based on high number of positive reviews. Product worked well, though I found the temperature gauge being on the outside a little tricky as it was not uncommon for the product to unlock and increase or decrease temperature while using.
Around August 2019 (just over the 2 year warranty), my first SAS straightener started to play up. It would switch on, but the temperature would often not appear and no heat generated. Eventually this happened every time I ...switched the unit on. Tried different power points in our house and family - same issue. Purchased a new straightener in late September 2019 - the new unit worked well for a couple of weeks and then the same issue started to occur. Contacted SAS Support about a replacement - had to follow-up twice to get a response. They were very agreeable to send a replacement unit. The replacement unit never arrived, I had to follow-up again two more times, until I was eventually told they were waiting for new stock. The replacement unit arrived the week before Christmas - same story, worked well for a couple of weeks and then exhibited the same issues while away on holiday. I contacted the SAS Support Team again to ask for a refund (consistent with Australian Consumer Law) as this the third unit I've had with the same issue, which leads me to believe there is a fault with their product. Makes me wonder if this is the reason they are having so many "flash sales" at the moment. Despite sending 4 emails, I have not had any reply from SAS, which is extremely disappointing and frustrating. There are no other forms of contact I can make - they have no telephone number publicly available, the chat box is always offline, and the online forms do not elicit a response. Essentially, they can continue to ignore you. If you are considering purchasing this straightener, I would not at the current time. There seems to be an issue with the product and a significant issue with the customer service.
Purchased for $118.96.
Ruins Hair over long term.
DO NOT BUY THIS STRAIGHTENER!!!
My hair is now frizzy and damaged by this straightener. Haven’t done anything different other than use this straightener for about a year now. I never go above 200 and never on wet hair. Even my hair dresser has noticed the difference in the year. My hair is more brittle and some sections have serious frizz. Spend extra and buy anything else but this straightener. Wish I spent more and just bought a GHD as now i’ll have to spend more now plus spend money on hair treatments trying to get my hair healthy again.
I can’t stress enough how rubbish this straightener is over the long term.
Purchased in June 2018 for $120.00.

Purchased in February 2019.
Worst straightener I've ever used!
Heats up quickly but the plates do not glide over hair at all, and this causes damage to the hair. Very awkward to handle. I have used several brands and this is the worst by far. Sent message to the supplier via website and received absolutely no response. You get what you pay for - don't waste your money!
Questions & Answers
the straightners i use make my hair go frizzy because my hair is thick and curly. Does this straightner make your hair frizzy?
Does anyone know how to get this company to respond? I have tried multiple Email methods and there is no phone number or live chat options available (even though they advertise that live chat is available). Not very happy
I believe we have resolved your issue via Email & Facebook :)
Does anyone know how to actually get in touch with the team for a return/refund. I bought the SAS straightener, I'm not happy with it and even though it's been less than 14 days I have attempted to contact them to get my money back and return the product. I'm yet to get a reply and I really don't want to keep this product. Has anyone had luck in contacting the team?
